the bag was low quality, did not hold shape and did not look in person as good as it looked in the catalog. i sent it back.

The handbag was definitely not as expected. The size is smaller, the material quality is cheap, the color is ugly and the opening is pretty inefficient. It has attached a key, so you can lock your bag with it. I did it and I cannot open it anymore! I meant to return it but since it would be half the price I paid for it, I'll save it for rainy days or give it to my mom.(if she'll want it)Inside the bag is some cheap, black material, you cannot leave it open, it will look very cheap...

The bag comes with a lock on it, whick is ok but you can not open the bag.

I loved the look of the bag but no where were there instructions about how to open it. I know it sounds silly and I'm still not clear if my bag was defective[...]It looked beautiful but it wasn't user friendly.
