I really wished this fit better. The crochet top was very snug - even though the dress itself fit beautifully.
Not sure if it's because more to fit a smaller framed person - but most items I've gotten from Chadwick's have ample room - not this style

The dress part fit very good, however the top was very small for the size. It fit like a size 12 with a size 16 dress. compared to other dresses that I had tried on in other stores with the same style.

For the price I don't think it can be beat. I've seen similiar dresses in the high end bridal stores for 2-3 times more and am feeling really good that I have this one! I love the scoop back! You do need good quality undergarments to give yourself the proper shape if you don't come by it naturally (and I don't!)

The crocheted top is beautiful, but the dress was not figure flattering, possibly because I wore flat sandals with it. Maybe with heels, it would make the difference. The gown itself is nice, and it does not wrinkle easily. You have to detach the crocheted top from the dress, which you don't know until you try to put it on. They are basted together on the sleeves.

I plan to return this item this week. I will try it in a 14 if it is available upon return. The top fits extremely snug. I have ordered other items in size 12 that fit perfectly. The size 14 is always too large.
