PETITE SIZES WERE NOT OFFERED SO I PURCHASED THE REGULAR SIZE WHICH MADE IT LONGER THEN I HAD LIKED BUT I STILL GOT A LOT OF COMPLIMENTS.

I had to buy the dress two sizes larger. I love the look the way it wears as well as the colors.
I had problems with the fit because I am short and the dress did not come in a petite size. I believe that is the only reason I had problems with the fit.

I wore this to a friend's wedding and received many compliments. The dress was comfortable and silky. It did wrinkle easily, but it's satin so I'm not sure I can fault the dress for that. I did need some static guard. Still, this was a great dress! Love it and will wear it again.

Purchased to wear to a outdoor wedding in late May....added a scarf to the look. Dress was very comfortable. I can't wait to wear it again!
I've learned that when ordering dresses from Chadwicks, that you need to order 1 size larger than your normal size. Most dresses do run small.

Thought this dress was sooo beautiful. I waited for the price to come down before ordering. I read the reviews but hoped it would be as pretty on as it is on the model. The dress looks dainty but isn't. The bust area material is very bulky. The gather under the bust is not as it appears in the ad. The under mauve is the same length, not shorter as the photo shows. I am 5' 9" and slender (143 pounds) and the dress did absolutely nothing for me. I am very disappointed to have to return it.

There is nothing I don't like about this dress. It's classy and comfortable. I had to buy a bigger size twice because it was too small for me in the bust. The arm holes were a little too tight also. But once I got the bigger size it fit great. I wore it on a cruise and got a lot of compliments.

This is a very pretty dress, it just wasn't for me. I am 5'6" and a size 14. I found it a little too long and not really fitted enough to flatter me. It hangs straight and I find a defined shape makes me look thinner. Looks just like the picture.

Highly encourage everyone to buy this dress and see it for yourself in person, you will not be able to send it back. It is one of the most beautiful dresses I have ever seen, if not the most beautiful!!

The beading is gold colored glue set to look like beads. Embroidered means sewed not glued.

My biggest thing was that in the picture the beading looked silver. I definitely should have read the actual description a bit more, but the picture is a bit misleading. Also, the dress sizes run small...buy bigger than you normally would.

I bought a dress and a tankini and bought the size that I am in every online and retail center store. However, when I received the items from Chadwicks, BOTH pieces did not fit. I thought that maybe I was being unrealitic in my size expectations of myself, however, two other packages from other online retailers arrived that day holding clothing in the same size and they BOTH fit. Perhaps you should reevaluate your size charts to more closely align with other retailers.

I bought this for my sons reception. I tried it on immediatly and it was more than worth it. It flows beautifully.

The dress is beautiful and fits perfect to my size 6. The pleat in front is different than shown in picture. it's a single fold over pleat. In a way I like it because we're trying to get pregnant, so this dress would allow me to wear it to a late year wedding, cruise, and xmas party should I have a belly then. My first thought is it makes me look a little pregnant, but I think because of the high empire waist line. Detailing is gold, but looks silver in picture. Nice quality dress though.

I was going to use this dress on a cruise; however, I didn't care for the quality of the material and didn't think the color was right. Also, the sequins on the dress fall off just by handling the dress gently. I wasn't impressed with this dress and sent it back because it cost too much for what its quality is.
