I loved the style of this blazer, especially since I am a woman with 5 pair of black pants. Since it was on clearance I could not resist. I am a size 14, and I found the fit to be very flattering. My onle complaint is that the cuffs are too snug for me to button them so I leave them undone. But overall I love this blazer and wear it often.

I wear this in the office, but I think I might pair it with dark jeans for a more casual style also. I got it in brown and it's a great color. It feels a little tight in the waist because the belt is more around your ribs than your actual waist. And the shoulders pull a little, but I took the shoulder pads out and that helped. This jacket is cut strangely. The collar stands very tall at the back of the neck. The puff sleeves are cute. It's too snug through the body and just too short for the bulk and style of the jacket. I think the fabric would snag easily as well.

I was somewhat leery after reading some of the reviews, but I love this jacket! The belt that comes with it is nice, but I would wear it with a wide patent leather belt to jazz it up. The sleeves are not too puffy and it definately in style. This is a nice update to a classic pattern.
I would feel right at home in New York!
