I have received numerous complements on this jacket. On other's advice, I ordered one size up, just so I could fit it over thin sweaters and long sleeves. I love this jacket. I love the color. That's about it. The raw edges made the jacket look cheap. Also, when I removed it from the package, it was VERY wrinkled and creased. The collar doesn't lay down right like it does in the picture. I was disappointed, but returning it wouldn't be worth it. Maybe a good professional pressing will change my mind.

This is a good deal for the REDUCED price, but I wouldn't pay more. It doesn't state that the edges are raw edges that almost look like it's made of felt. If you zoom in really close on the lapels, you can see what I mean. Otherwise, it is nice for casual, and very warm; not something I would wear inside or with anything other than jeans.

I had to order this jacket twice to get the proper fit at the back shoulder area. The first jacket was made with a fluffier boiled wool fabric, which was more appealing, but the flatter type of boiled wool will do just fine, considering all the other pros (see above)that this jacket has. It never would've occurred to me to order another as a replacement, except for having read product reviews about this jacket. Those reviews tipped me off that there were huge variations, so I tried my luck and won! The polyester lining is standard as a lining fabric, of course, and works well as an additional windbreaker, but I might remove it, as I have other boiled wool jackets from Chadwick's without lining and they are great just as they are. I much prefer natural fibers around my body--less static electricity and less cold feeling.

I loved this sweater/jacket and bought two. The first one the sleeves were perfect, the second one, the sleeves were longer (and I ordered the same size both times.) This is a great sweater jacket to dress up jeans with, or wear with a button down to work, it's so versatile and comfortable. The weather has been cold lately, and this is not bulky, it's light weight, breathable and warm. Great piece!

Wear out to dinner or to the office - with jeans or nice pans/skirt. Color is beautiful (blue) and matching sweater makes an attractive ensemble. Lots of compliments received!

Not wearing yet, because it's too cold or wet here
right now. Will wear it once it gets a bit warmer
and stops raining/snowing here. Like it very much and it's a great addition to my wardrobe. Still wearing the 3/4 length wool moon pocket coat I bought last year from Chadwick which I love and get quit a few compliments on.
Nice cut. Casual, but "tailored" look.
