I am short, so normally the sleeves on a regualr size 16 are too long, but they are perfect on this blazer and the spandex allows comfort and fluid movement.

The short cut of the jacket is very youthful for an older woman, but doesn't make me look like I am trying to be a teen again. It will be very versitile
