I was so looking forward to this jacket. And I was excited when I saw a petite size applied to this style. But it must have been a mistake. The waist is about 2 inches too low, which just makes me look frumpy. I'm sure it would look great on someone with a longer torso.

I liked this item the first time I saw it in the catalog . . . and then when the price was reduced I just couldn't resist ordering to see if it was just what I wanted. The fit is just perfect and the back of the jacket should be highlighted in the catalog . . . it's very attractive and comfy.

Looked good in the picture but not so great on me. I ordered up one size after reading the reviews and it was still too small in the shoulders! I do not have time to play guessing games on sizes and I refuse to run back and forth to the post office to get it right.

This jacket looks great on, it's casual and works with jeans and skirts, and with some very casual dresses. Great for afternoon and evening casual outings. Needs light iron after washing, that's why I didn't give it a higher rating.

I love the style of this jacket and will wear it with skirts or white jeans. Works well for a cool day. I wear a size 12 and it's rather tight through the shoulder area due to the detail on the back. I found you can't wear a very heavy top inside the jacket as it will be just to tight. A person buying this item should take into consideration the tight fit and order accordingly.

This is a classic that I have not found anywhere else. It looks great with skirts or pants. The waist has a drawstring for flattering emphasis. It's easy to move around in and much more comfortable that a traditional blazer yet it's still dressy.

I loved the picture of this chambray jacket to wear with denim skirts and casual pants but the fabric is heavier then most chambray and stiff and the fit is strange (tight sleeves but fits everywhere else). This one gets returned.
