I usually wear a size 6, sometimes an 8. I ordered the 6 and it was huge all over. I reordered a 4 and the sleeves are two inches too long...only the tips of my finger show. The length is also very long. Since the shoulders and overall fit are fine, I am having the sleeves and length shortened. I'm 5'5", I have long arms, and I never have problems with lengths. Nice material and once it's shortened, it will be fine.

A classic coat, which can be used whenever it rains.....whether for a walk in the park, work, or a wedding. I spent a considerable amount of time on the internet looking for a coat like this, and it was much harder to find than I would have thought. Chadwick's had the best price by far, thanks to the promotion at that time. I would like to have 3 coats like this in different colors!

I'm so glad I ordered this coat and didn't depend on the reviews that were already posted here (someone wanted a machine washable raincoat?!) I was looking for a nicely tailored,long length classic raincoat (long coats are impossible to find anymore) and I love the JG Hook product. The style is simple and elegant and the fabric is nice. With the Chadwicks coupon I used, this coat was a steal.

This trench coat was a purchase for my daughter, and actually the second choice of what she wanted to receive.
She is absolutely pleased with the style and fit of the coat, and says that it was probably the best choice to be made. She says the coat is figure flattering and versatile enough to be worn casually with jeans and boots for a night out with her friends or to cover up her Sunday best on the way to church, and that it is lightweight enough so she doesn't look or feel bulky.
Overall, it was a great find at a great price.

Did not like the fit. Did not like stiching. Attachment around the sleave to wide, and button to big did not like the look of it you could not adjust it.

The catalog I just received yesterday shows this trench coat as being made of polyester/cotton fabric that is washable. I am very disappointed to see that the item actually is all polyester and must be dry cleaned. Forget it!

The fit was loose, but had some shaping. The thing I disliked most was that it has a tie belt. I thought there was a fixed belt across the back, not a cloth tie belt.
