I found it a little stiff upon arrival. I placed it in the dryer with a dryer sheet and it softened right up.

Great looking berber coat. I wouldn't say it is a true "winter" coat, it's too lightweight for that, but a great coat in cold weather when running errands, going to work, whatever! Sleeves seem a bit long, but just roll them up like in the picture. Good, solid coat and good buy.
