Good quality coat. The wool is very soft and the coat fits well except for the sleeves. I am petite so they are too long. I will have to get them shortened. I didn't like the little tab by the collar so I took it off. I will wear it to work and on the weekend. It can also be worn to church.

Because some other reviewers found this to be a bit small, I ordered a size 4 (bigger than my normal size, but the smallest available). I found it to be a perfectly normal size 4, and, consequently, larger than I'd hoped. My main problem is the armholes being too low for me. Also, it is much too wide for me (You can't tell from the photo if its supposed to be fitted, but it is not, at least for me).

However, it is a gorgeous coat! The wool is extremely soft, and I love the button-on collar tab. I am keeping it to wear over very thick sweaters, other coats, and work jackets on cold days, low armpits be darned!

I was so pleased with the quality of the wool. It's soft (not itchy) and has a nice weight to it. I've worn this coat daily since I received it, day and evening. The fit is perfect and I really like the military styling. I would compare it to a coat you would find at Nordstrom's, Ann Taylor and even Brooks Brothers.

I love the coat except I wish I had brought a larger size. I brought one size larger and still it will be tight if I wear a sweater with it. I normally wear a petite and since this is not a petite it is unusual that it is tight.
