I ordered these off clearance as I needed a nice pair of brown pants. They were way too short and a bit tight. I sometimes have problems with Chadwick's pants sizes, but not usually the length. These were right at the point that they weren't capris, but looked like flood pants and I am of average height.

I'm 5'3" and these are among the shortest Misses sized pants I have ever purchased, and it isn't because they're too tight. They're just barely making it to the top of my foot. Are they supposed to be short, or what? Anyway, I bought both black and brown and they're both short. And, I also bought the jacket and IT was really short waisted and short in the arms. No way this outfit was fitting a normal sized model.

I bought 2 pairs in the exact same size- the fawn colored pair was the lenth described (30") and looked nice. The chocolate was inexplicably 1 1/2 inches shorter! I'd like to exchange the abnormally short one, but I have no trust that the replacement will be any closer to the correct size. Chadwick's is often bad like this, the quality is spotty and inconsistent. You're rolling the dice whenever you order somethig new.

I was looking for a slim-let cut for casual office pants and there are many things about these slacks that I do like. However, the photo of this product looks great, but the hips/waist are covered from view. Unfortunately, the waist is cut low and is quite floppy. I liked the straight cut of the leg and the material was very nice, but I would have had to sew in darts to make them fit... even the size 4 (they seem to be sized quite large). For someone who has larger hips and who doesn't mind the discomfort of the trendy drop waist these are actually quite nice pants with nice pocket detailing. Although they weren't right for me, they were good quality and I'd recommend them to others.

I waited for the pants on back-order. When I received the pants, it looked as if someone worn the item, washed it and returned it to Chadwicks. The pants fit nice but it was not a true black. It was a bad faded black (chalky) color and lint/fuzz all over the pants. I am returning the pants for a refund.
