It was by far the worse experience I have had with any store I have done business with. Chadwicks replaced an item I chose from the catalog with something that was cheap that I would hardly try it on. I cannot ever shop with Chadwicks again. I sent the coat back with no intentions of wanting another, and Chadwicks sent me the same coat back once again. it's been a while since I shopped with you, and because I now shop on the webb, I wanted to try your store once again. So sorry it turned out the way it did, but I cannot take a chance of ordering again from Chadwicks.

The coat was cute, but the material was thin, so it probably wouldn't keep you as warm as you liked. The bottom of the coat was bent and crinkled further stressing the lower quality of fabric. It was missing one button hole, so I returned the coat.

The material and overall appearance of the coat were not what I expected. Before I could even try the coat on, I could hardly get it unbuttoned. The buttons were not matched to the button holes. The buttons were huge! I felt embarrassed in it. Definitely not for me.
