I just received these shorts in the vanilla/gold and they are awesome! Really attractive on and trendy but not "too". With a fancy gold top they'd be great for a date or special occasion; with a t-shirt or plain shirt they'd be casual. The fabric has just a slight sheen so don't be scared off. The fit is sexy too! You can even roll them up once or twice for a shorter length without a bulky hem. I wear between a petite 4 and 6, got these in a 6 and they're perfect. Am going to order one more in a white/silver.

Love the metallic fabric, unique. Good choices of gold and silver. I have a gold top to match, and it is a neat looking outfit. Reason I gave it a 4 is for personal preference--the style is quite fitting, and the catalog description does not depict the "below the waist" fit, which is something not everyone can wear. Below the waist has a different feel and not always as comfortable. These shorts could possibly have been made more comfortable with adding spandex. I still like the look, however, and would recommend them but include this information to the buyer.
