I was excited to find a slender skirt in this color of blue, but when I received it, I was not as excited over the fit. I am slender with hips about 37in. The chart calls for 37 1/2 hips being a size 8, but when I measure the skirt in the hips it is over 40in. The waist is perfect, but it blossoms out in the hips to make it not fit like a pencil skirt. The front side panels and waist band all go together to make it feel bulky, not smooth and slender like I expected. The only reason I'm keeping it is because of the color. I'll need to have it altered. Everyone doesn't have big HIPS!!!!

Skirt was pretty, liked the blue color, the material felt a tad lower quality but was okay. However, despite being a pencil skirt with a snug waistline, the material "poofed" out around my hips--NOT the visual a woman wants at any size! I had to send it back for this reason.

Has a nice flattering fit and looks very professional on. I work 15 hour days so it is extremely nice that it does not wrinkle easily. Being petite is hard to find clothes anymore that fit true to size, but Chadwick's petites always seem to be true to size.
