I have a job that allows somewhat casual wear. I'm sure I'll soon be wearing this most weeks. It has that softness of microfiber and a good drape. The elastic gives a good fit. In black, it goes with almost everything in my wardrobe. I might prefer it a bit shorter. The fabric is wrinkle proof, but that added weight makes it a little restrictive for quick walking as I do on the campus where I work.

I really liked this skirt, but the length was just SO long that I returned it. I know it's advertised as a long skirt, but even though I bought it in petite length, it was way TOO long. The petite length came down to the tops of my shoes! I am 5'1" tall. I would have hemmed it, but I decided that with the back vent, it would be more work than I wanted to put in. I needed new wardrobe items right away. That said, I did like the rest of the skirt. It was a nice fabric which appeared rich and the construction was good. There were nice details like the vent and topstitching and waist tabs. But due to the exceptionally long length, I sent this item back. I might still recommend it to a taller woman or one who doesn't mind hemming the skirt.
