Top is long enough to cover the belly but will float up some when in the water. I cris-crossed the straps for more bust support. The lining pads for the bust will move and fold over in the wash so takes some effort to put them back into place. Overall a very comfortable top with better than average coverage.

This is a cute tankini top, however, it does not fit as shown in the picture. I agree with what someone else said - it is loose, not form-fitting, under the bust. Also, I have a longer torso, and it is not long enough to provide full coverage, as is shown in the picture. I do like the padding and square-ish neckline though - being small-busted, it really helps me out! I would recommend this to anyone who is shorter-waisted.

My opinion depends on which one we're talking about: LOVE the Wild Print which fits perfect/comfortably, (paired with brown swim shorts & enjoyed wearing at beach). The Dot Print, although very pretty colors(white/brown/turquoise) was too tight/stiff even after trying two different sizes,had to return. The Ribbon Print, (as another reviewer stated) has an AWFUL odor! It fits comfortably, though so I plan to try washing & using sweet smelling fabric softner. These tankini tops are a little revealing up top but plenty long enough in length. They do run small, though---had to order 2 sz up!

The colors and design are great, and the bust area fits wonderful. But the material of the torso (tankini) area is very loose, no elasticity, not fitted at all, which means it will bubble up easily in pool, and looks a little funny out of the pool. I guess it is meant for people with big bellies?

This tankini is very stlish, but could be longer in the torso. It sits a little bit too high above bottoms. It is also loose fitting at the bottom of the tankini with a different hem.

Again vey cute style, but runs small!! Being busty on top I needed the bigger size 14 which I ordered and it is snug!! Imagine how surprised I was as I had ordered the same size earlier this summer in a one piece and it was actually a bit too big. Thus, there is certainly inconsistency on the sizing part! I would recommend this if the sizing were truer!

I am large chested, and after four having four children, it is hard to find a top with enough support. Although this suit doesn't have underwire, the straps are adjustable and you can change them to criss cross. I was overall pleased with this top for the amount that I paid for it.

This tankini runs a little small. Bra pads shift, but can be adjusted easily with each wear. You can see outline of bra pads slightly when wearing this tankini. This tankini is somewhat short in length.

This has very good coverage (and is long enough to cover the tummie!) The only problem I had was that the straps were really long and you can only adjust it about an inch. I ended up criss-crossing the straps in the back and it worked great.

I just received this top in the olive brown stripe. It is very cute! I sized up as I usually do for swimwear, and that worked out well. But what I want to know is, what is up with the removable cup liners? They are basically useless because they "float" around inside the top and they are very visible from the outside. Also, this top does need a little more support in the bust area, but that may be due to the design and the fact that gravity is taking its toll on my 40ish body. Otherwise, I am happy with this purchase; I feel that it is a good value.

Swim top very cute & comfortable, but I hate how the bra pads show, even when the top is dry, they are extremely noticable. They are also not sewn in, so they move around a lot and fold over. I love it, but to wear it in public makes me very self-conscious.

Overall, a great product. It fits great, good coverage on my "girls". My only faults are that on the website, it was hard to see the colors...I ordered what I thought was a pink but it was red. Based on other reviews, I did order one size up. I usually wear a 12 but so glad I ordered the 14. It fit fine but the cups were not supportive enough(I am a 38D) and the cup lining did not stay in place and had to be readjusted all the time.

I am disappointed.I ordered the brown and white, the brown has a maroon tint to it, doesn't look like the chocolate brown that I was expecting, The fit... I am not a tall waisted person, and this was way to short for me to be comfortable. It fit really loose all around the mid-section and very short. I am definitely sending this one back. If you want a very loose fitting, and odd color of brown, you may enjoy this suit...??

I'm thrilled with the fit and attractive look. I'm usually not a big fan of flowers but this pattern is bright without being overwhelming. Provides great support and coverage and not at all "old lady" looking. Cup size is true-to-size, torso is close fitting. If you're looking for something blousy get a size larger. I wear this with a solid black swim skirt and get a lot of compliments.

I'm glad I read the reviews before purchasing this suit. I wear a 14/16 and purchased an 18, I'm really glad I did, because it fits great. The only thing is getting such a bigger size, the straps were too big, and they are not adjustable :-( That was easily solved by criss-crossing the straps in the back. I love this bathing suit!!!

The top is cute, however, the person I ordered it for does not particularly think dark brown is flattering on her. When ordering online, the color said 'multi'. It appreared to be black and white - to match the bottom piece but when received, was a total different color. There isn't another top she wanted to match the bottom piece and she doesn't want to keep the "brown" multi top so unfortunately, we have to return both items.

I haven't had a chance to wear this tankini top yet, but I like how it looks, and it seems comfortable. I wish Chadwicks had better help figuring out swim suit sizes. I called and asked for help and was told I should get a size 10. When I tried that on, it was WAY too big. I had to pay to return it, and re-ordered a size 6. It fits much better.

The top is not very long and is small. I ordered a size bigger than my normal size and it is still rather snug. Unless you are petite, this top is not going to touch the bottoms. I really liked the look of this top. It was flattering and cute! The main drawback for me and the reason I am returning it is the bra just has inserts that aren't attached and when you put it on you have to rearrange those so they aren't doubled up. I don't want to have to fight with it every time I wear it. If that part would have been designed better...i.e. nonmoving parts, I would be keeping the top.

This is a very pretty swimsuit, but runs very small. I am a 38C and normally a size 6-8 (Med). The size 10 I purchased was still a little snug. Probably should have gone to 12. Despite the size difference, I don't believe the comfort level would have been any better. When the knot front sash is taken off (yes, it's removable) the swimsuit is more comfortable. Thin sewn-in bra pads are loose within the material and will move needing to be adjusted. Despite the shortcomings, it is a pretty color, decent quality and I would purchase another in a larger size.

Also the description read adjustable straps: adjustable to me implies like a bra strap... that's not what this is. The straps just have a hook that can be placed in 3 consecutive loops.

I'm an average size 12 woman who hates bathing suit shopping! After reading other reviews, I knew to buy 1 size larger than I normally buy. It fits perfect! The straps ARE adjustable in the back. The "A" line cut flares a little at the bottom which is more flattering. I only bought the top because I already had a solid bottom I could wear with it.

The straps are not placed in the same spot as pictured in your catalog. I am going to remove them and place them further apart in the front as pictured. The strap placement was one of the reasons I ordered this top. Its style needs a wider spread strap to give a more flattering fit. The length turned out to be all right, but when compared to the picture it is much shorter. Being a bit taller I often judge a garment by how it appears on the model. I really like it when you give actual garment lengths, especially on tops. You have started doing that on some of your tops again I noticed, Thanks! Overall the suit is a cute design and appears well made, but definitely not for larger busted women.

I ordered the tankini top in May and only received the bottom (the top was backordered). I wanted the whole suit for my vacation but was told it would not arrive until mid June. I agreed to wait on it and at the end of June still did not have it! I FINALLY received it in late July and eagerly put the whole suit on to go swimming. It was AFTER I removed the tags that I discovered the swimsuit bottom fit poorly and rides up constantly. I will keep it because I waited so long for the complete suit...however, just a warning...walk around the house in the bottoms before removing the tags!!

I ordered one size larger than I normally wear because I didn't want it to be tight. It actually feels like it's a size SMALLER than I normally wear. I'm not even sure two sizes bigger would fit right. I'm returning it.

I have received more than 5 compliments on this tankini top. I already had bottoms to match it and my other favorite tankini top wore out and now this is my new favorite. This top does run small as has been noted by numerous reviewers. I usually wear a 10 or 12, depending on the cut, so ordered a 12 and think maybe a 14 would have been even better. The cups just aren't large enough at your regular size. That being said, order up a size or even 2 and you will be fine. The style is very slimming and flattering. Top is long enough for good coverage. The colors for the dot print surprised me - it's a red orange, chocolate brown, and aqua print. I had thought it would be hot pink, black, and turquoise from the sample. I still like it but can't wear it with the black bottom I had planned. Maybe Chadwick's would consider noting the colors in the description somewhere for prints.

Really cute. I ordered a size up from what I take in a top, but I have found in the past that swimwear runs a bit smaller. I like the removable tie in the front. I purchased this in the black and white floral. I will mix and match some other tops with a black bikini bottom, black swim shorts and a black swim skirt.

I love this tankini top! I opted for the black/white stripe with red knot, but would have chosen a black print, had it been available. I purchased the top to go with a black skirted bottom that I already owned and it's fabulous--very flattering!
Based on the other reviews I ordered a size up. (I wear a size 6 in clothes, but have to order a 10 in swimwear b/c of my 36DD chest. I ordered a 12 and it fits great!) The only thing that prevented me from giving it 5 stars is I wish the straps could be adjusted just a little shorter! Otherwise, it's great!!
I have no problems AT ALL with the top being too short--it's very cute and flirty. It looks exactly like it does in the picture!

Very cute, straps are different but very cute and comfy.
Padding in the cups moves around and you have to keep adjusting it to stay where it's supposed to.
I ordered a size bigger than normal because of some of the comments. It fits just perfectly, good thing I didn't order my usual size.
The top is a little shorter than I'm used to in tankinis but it's fine. Very cute and stylish!

I like this stripes on this suit - is very comfortable and stays put when swimming. I was disappointed that the "shorts" type bottoms were not available, as that would have worked better for me than the higher-cut bottom that I got with this.

There was only one thing about the swimsuit that I didn't like. The padding in the bra of the tankini moved around inside the cup. I expected it to be a little more padded and the whole cup to be padded and not able to move around. Not necessarily thicker padding, that was great, but i thought it just needed to fill the whole cup and be sewn in not to move around. The colors and style was fabulous. The padding was the ONLY thing I didn't like. But I'm keeping them anyway, I ordered two.

This top is not intended for someone with an average-size bust. I would recommend it for a gal with an "a or b cup". It it not very supportive at all, and therefore is not a good fitting swim top. Also, once again, this item was on backorder until June 13th. I finally received it July 3rd which was way too late. I'd already purchased another suit in the meantime. This seems to be the "norm" when ordering from Chadwicks lately.

Why can't a tankini top come down past the bottom? Though it is a loose fit at the bottom, it's just too short to provide the coverage desired. Personally, I don't want my "muffin top" sticking out between the tank and the skirt, and I doubt others do, either!

This is an adorable tankini top. Paired with the bottoms it is a near perfect little suit. Very flattering, and it still manages to be conservative yet sexy, too! A word of advice, order 2-4 sizes up from your normal size. This was a great piece of swimsuit shopping advice from the show "What not to wear". I wear a true size 8, ordered a 12 and it fits perfectly.

This takini was the perfect length to offer full coverage and is very comfortable. I wore this suit at the beach and it held up well. My only complaint was the pads inside the cups bunched and folded over on themselves after being washed. After I repositioned the pads, they were very comfortable.

The top looked so cute in the catalog, but it fit very poorly and is not a flattering suit for big busted women. I'm a "D" cup and there was no support at all. I would not recommend this unless you a are size 8 or below.

This is a very cute suit- in fact the cutest I have bought in years! I do recommend buying 2 sizes up from your regular size- according to the show "What not to wear" Stacy recommends buying a larger size- in fact 2-4 sizes up from your normal size, which was good advice for me!
