I'm digging this skirt.
I am an average 6, but wanted a longer length so opted for the TALL cut...6 was sold out in one of the colors (can't remember which) so I went up to 8 with the expectation that the garment would ride lower. I scored. The flat waistline yoke allowed the skirt to hit below the natural waist without being teeny-bopper or ill-fitting and the length makes this more Anthropologie in appearance.
The fabric is stiff, but I'm not bothered by that...rigid to hold the shape, but with gentle washing tricks it will soften a bit.
The sticked pin-tucks were all in order - no weirdness with either the black or gray.
In all, this skirt has an unusual look that will lend itself to the new cropped swing jackets, a simple (or not so simple cardigan) or stretch long-sleeve top. Layering will compliment this item. A vest would be interesting.
A great skirt to pair with patterned tights and boots, can go funky...or if that scares you, stick with opaque and low pumps. (Flats would be uber-school-girl.)

I have worn this skirt to work as business attire, as well as casual wear to the theater so far. I must say that it was comfortable on both occasions. Also, I have received compliments on it and requests on where to purchase it. I wish it came in additional colors so I could have purchased more.

Very beautiful skirt, fits almost tailored. Can mix it up for a few different style statements. Very nice quality, very light for spring, summer and fall, for winter will be able to dress it up with boots and a sweater and still be in fashion.

Every time I wear this skirt my husband compliments me on how nice it looks. I kind of wish there were more loops for the tie belt so it wouldn't ride up in places. I can put them in myself, so it's really no problem. It's nicer than I expected it to be.

Chadwick's is usually true to the size, which is why I am comfortable ordering on-line. Once in a while I get an outfit that doesn't fit as the size should, but for the amount of items I buy on-line, it is insignificant.
