It's a pretty nice shirt. I got the purple plaid and it's nice colors. It's a little tight across the shoulders. Sleeves don't have buttons on cuffs. It's nice for the price. I wear a 6 or an 8. I bought this in an 8 and wouldn't go smaller. It's tailored at waist for flattering fit.

Looks good with a blazer and either pants or a skirt. Could be a good blouse for jeans and a blazer. The pleats do not show up because of the plaid pattern, so that part of the fashion is wasted. Overall, it is still a good looking shirt.

For some reason Chadwick's shirts/blouses do not fit the way other store products do. The size 10's I ordered do not fit across the bust. They pull at the buttons and gap. The sleeves, shoulders etc fit fine, in fact are almost too big. I don't have this problem with other size 10's from different catalogs/stores. I am a 34 C and figure a size 10 should easily fit me.

I LOVE this shirt. It flatters "fluffy" figures and is comfortable. It could be about 2" longer and still look good. Getting used to its snugness at the chest area was a bit difficult, but it wasn't tight. There was no gap to see a bra noted. I've worn it with jeans, with linen pants, and with a silk skirt and it looked equally nice with all. It dresses up or down well. Very good for travel
