After reading the other comments, I got a size larger than usual. The sleeves were long, but they always are, as I am short. After washing the jacket, I wanted to dry it so I don't have to worry about always pulling it out of the dryer. It washed and dried up just perfect. It shrunk just a bit, which is what I was hoping for, and I believe it will keep on getting softer with each wash, although it wasn't real rough like others have said, just not a very soft fabric to begin with.

I was really looking forward to getting this sweatshirt because I think the style is beautiful. Unfortunately, when it arrived it was way too small, particularly in the bust area. I really like this 'sweatshirt' which I think is more like a little jacket. Wear a camy underneath and you've got a fashionable 2-layer top. I wish the length of it would have been longer though.
