Interesting collar, sleeve trim and applique "flowers." Quite sheer so you need a camisole underneath. I got a 12 because it was the smallest size they had (I usually take an 8) and it FIT in the shoulders, so obviously it runs small. A nice work- to social outing crossover.

I wore this to a 4th of July party with jeans. It can also be worn under a business suit or with a pencil skirt. It is very slimming. This blouse is probably most flattering on a woman of any age but with a slim waist-line and small-to-medium size arms. It fits true to size--not too small. I really like the blouse, goes great under suites, had compliments, it does wrinkle easy, so that is a bummer. Also, I thought it would be more red, it came pink, which I love so it worked out ok. I did not find this item to be up to the usual "Chadwick standards". It was not as pictured in the catalog. The fabric quality was poor.
