When I washed this sweater on gentle cycle, cold water it developed thousands of fuzzballs. In the dryer, to got worse. There are fuzzballs everywhere and the sweater is unwearable as it continues to produce lint and fuzz.

LOVED it when it first arrived. It was comfortable and warm, and the weight of it felt good. It also would have gone with several other items to complete multiple outfits. Unfortunately, when I washed it before my first wearing, it pilled terribly. I thought maybe I'd washed it with something that pulled at it, although I couldn't think what that would have been. I cleaned it up and wore it to work - over a BLACK sweater. Bad idea. It shed and pilled terribly. I came home from work, took off the sweater, and promptly returned it. Not the quality I've come to expect from Chadwick's over the years

I liked this sweater better online. It pills terribly, and I only wore it once! It's more flattering on the model than it is on me - I felt kind of like a "bag" lady and the sweater already ended up on the back of the shelf. Not a favorite.

It's a very nice cardigan, however, the color I chose (green) is in fact darker than shown online. Also, one of the buttons fell off right away, but it's fixable, of course.

The sweater looked beautiful prior to wearing it. The first time I tried it on, before washing, I noticed many gray fuzz balls on the floor and furniture. I quickly realized the sweater was shedding. I washed it per the instructions and found it was shedding even more. I have since retired it because I can't keep up with de-fuzzing it after every wash. Too bad because it fit nicely and was comfortable.

The sweater fits nicely, not as long as on the model. The orchid color is pretty. I have had many compliments on the sweater and style. My only complaint is the pilling, I leave a trail.

It's a very attractive sweater, looks great, sizing is great, but it sheds all over other clothes, EVEN after washing. I love it, but it's not going to last like the other clothes purchased at Chadwicks. I wish I could get my money back.
