The material is so thin that the button placket curves apart between the buttons even when there is no pressure pulling it apart. I thought I would like embroidery but I didn't realize it was see-through--tacky.

This sweater was pretty however if you are at all "shapely" as most of us are, you should pass as it fits very tight around the hips. I'd say it has a "V" fit (if that makes sense). Also, in the catalogue it appears to have some fabric at the bottom of the neckline but in actuality, it does not.

It was advertised as a cardigan but much too tight for that. I will have to wear it open and it will not really look good open as it was not meant to wear that way. Beautiful cut outs and material.....feels almost like silk but 100% cotton. I may give it to someone smaller than my chest and waist size to enjoy. I did order it in an extra large, however, but very small for that size. Not returning as I know I will find someone it will fit properly. Really beautiful!

Even though this was shown with the skirt it was the wrong blue. I had read the review so knew I was going to need a cami or something for under it but I'm busty and it pulled at the buttons. If it had been the right blue for the skirt I might have tried to get it in the next larger size to try to adjust for the bust.

Bought two (2) colors and ordered larger (went by other reviews) and I'm glad I did - with the larger size it had a nice drape. Neckline is very low but I had purchased a bra with a lace cami...looked great under this sweater! Very thin, dainty top, but classy and dressy.

I really wanted to love this sweater and I did the first time I wore it...I washed it in the washer on delicate and it looks awful. I should have hand washed it as instructed..but I don't think it would make a difference. I ignored other reviews about the thin material and I should have listened.

The overlap down the front for the buttons is way too skimpy. There are gaps between the buttons (even though it isn't pulling) and the general feel of the weight of the fabric is too light-weight. Cheap!

OK, I understand the word "cutout" but the catalog picture looks like the top is lined. So, I put this top on and get a birds eye view of my pale spare tire middle exposed for all the world to see. upon closer examination, I realized that the girl in the photo is wearing a shirt under this one, so you don't see flesh in the photo. Now I have to buy an undershirt that matches to cover up the fleshy parts.

This sweater looked great in the picture. I especially liked how the floral pattern looked so I purchased one in every color. But the sweater fabric is a very thin, flimsy cotton. And the floral pattern is really just cutouts in the sweater fabric replaced with sheer mesh fabric. This sweater is not flattering at all on my petite figure. I am returning all four.
