Overall, I am pleased with this dress. It is a flattering cut, and quite comfortable. I'm really glad that I got it on clearance though. The polyester fabric is not of a very good quality, and feels a little rough to the touch. It is a nice dress for work, and could probably be dressed up for a night on the town with the right accessories.

I would have wore this dress to church or work. My spouse did not think it was very flatering on me. I think if it were shorter, it would have been much better but, the fabric was much heavier than I expected. I am all about comfort and heavy is not comfortable.

This is a MARVELOUS dress. I believe the print was accurately described and pictured, but in person, the print was less of a "brushstoke" pattern than I expected. Also, I found the print flattering in the bodice and skirt, but it made my midriff area look larger, so sadly I returned this dress. Would not discourage anyone from trying in on, however... it's very nice, just not on me!

This is a great little black dress for my closet -it fits nicely and is a wonderful style for a bigger girl like me. My only problem is the ties around the waist don't seem to be so well attached, so I have to tie the waist with care.

I was very pleased with this dress. It has stretch but is not tight or clingy, nice drape and weight. Because I'm big busted it is a little short waisted but not so much that I wouldn't wear it. Good item.

I am not sure if I will keep this. It is a lovely color (I ordered the aubergine) and a flattering fit for me, but I was very disappointed in the fabric, which has a rough finish and feels cheap. I noted the same thing in the matte jersey pants I ordered but I don't mind it because they're black and worn with other clothes so it isn't as noticeable. With this dress I felt anyone looking at it could see how cheap it is. But on the other hand it's hard for me to find truly flattering, comfortable dresses so I will have to think about it. I expected more for the price, frankly.

Really cute versatile dress. I got the purple and it's a beautiful color. Will wear for a long time because it's so basic. Sizing does run a bit big. If you tend to run between sizes, I'd go the smaller route.
