I was impressed with the tailoring. The jacket and top part of the dress are both lined and the back zipper is virtually invisible. I wish the jacket was more fitted and I will probably alter it so it is more flattering. The flimsy belt will be replaced.

I actually like the dress better without the jacket. The hook-and-eye closure on the jacket would not stay hooked. I have another great dress that bares my shoulders that this jacket goes great with, though.

I wore this outfit to my son's wedding rehearsal dinner. It felt very comfortable--covered my hips and thighs. I liked the lining in the bra area. It made me feel more tucked in. The jacket was just right so that I didn't need a sweater or coat. Went great with a pair of low-heel black patent leather shoes!

the dress itself was a nice fit - a little big in the waist, but not too bad. the jacket - which i thought was really the cutest thing - just didn't fit right and i felt didn't really compliment the dress when it was on. kind of bulky. the picture on-line looks great, but it didn't look that way on. it was a disappointment because the dress design is really cute and so different. i actually returned this dress.
