I usually wear size 18. After reading some of the other reviews I decided to order the jacket in a size 22. I was glad I did. It fits just right. So I do think it tends to run small. The jacket is so cute and I plan to wear it on vacation to dinner. It will be cute with white capris or a skirt or even cute jeans. I'm very satisfied with it.
