Got a lot of compliments on the color (lavendar) and feel (very soft) corduroy. Haven't washed it yet, I'm sure it will be fine. It's just a tad shorter than I thought, but it's still fine.

The coat is nice.Contrary to what most others said, I found the sleeve length flattering.
The only con is that the fit at the back(small of back) is not perfect.It has been tailored for straight backs and not curved ones.On the whole it is nice.It was especially very warm on a cool rainy day.

I bought this jacket last year in brown and have loved it. It is warm and comfortable because of the stretch factor of the fabric. I ordered another because it was on sale. It is more of the plum color. The color is a little bright for me but I think it will still work well with a turtle neck and a pair of jeans.

I am returning this product. Ordered a size 10 and it's a tight fit. I have a jean jacket size 10 and it fits perfect which I ordered from Chadwicks. It's a cute jacket but quite the fit is not right at all.

Even though these jackets are semi-casual, they are attractive enough to go to work, to church or just wear with jeans. They can be used as a top or a jacket. I use them primarily as tops with long skirts or pants. It's best to wash them inside out in cold or warm water, since the colors seem to fade faster if you don't. (The avacado one which I purchased from you last year lost some of its sharp color because I didn't turn it inside out and wash it in cold water.) Not only are they comfortable to wear, but slimming as well.

As soon as I saw this jacket up front and personal I was very excited. The color was actually better than I expected, and the texture of the material was extremely soft and supple, yet thick enough for the colder fall weather. I only wish the sleeves were just a little shorter and had buttons, not just a split cuff. And as I'm pretty handy, I could easily tailor that myself or have it done cheaply. As for the quality and cost of this item, I would buy 10 more and give them to all my friends. I wore it the first day and was complemented on it, so that says it all!

I bought this because it was offered with additional savings, although I didn't need it. However, it is a nice change to sweaters and great color (lavender)! The sleeves are a bit weird with a slit in the sleeve at the bottom (no cuff). You can't really turn them up because it is not faced and you see the narrow hem, and they are a bit long on me. However, not enough I'd go to the expense or bother of shortening them.

Love the jacket except that there are no buttons on the cuffs, so they are constantly open and in the way. My solution was to buy some decorative buttons and sew them on my self. Problem solved! May just have to get the jacket in another color!

The jacket is great if you are on the run a lot. Great for casual dress, it's feminine and is very comfortable. I like that there aren't any buttons on the sleeves and the stretch makes the jacket feel great. Buttons up nicely for those that have an issue with buttons and the bust area. Last year I purchased the blue cordoroy jacket and really liked it....it was a perfect fit. this year I purchased two additional jackets (same as the blue), one brown and the other pink. The pink jacket was mislabelled, possibly a size 8, rather than a 10, because it was a very tight fit. I measured the pink against the brown and the pink was a size smaller. I'm very disappointed, but returning the pink jacket is just too much trouble. I guess you make money that way.

I received this jacket as a gift last year, and bought another in a different color this fall. It has a slight stretch to it that "gives" when you wear it, so you can be somewhat active. It washes well and really dresses up jeans. I have short arms, so the sleeves are quite long, which is a challenge, because the design of the sleeves are "open", thus not allowing one to tighten them. But I still bought another one, because the comfort and style outweighs that design flaw for me.

I would have given this 5 stars, but the pink I ordered had beige "tones" to it, when "matched" to the pink satin trimmed tee (it was shown with in the catalogue), it was dingy looking. BUT, it's a sweet little jacket over all! It fits true to size, the spandex in it is GREAT and I wear this constantly with jeans. Nice little jacket!

You can wear with skirts, pants and everything in between. I bought a purple years ago and I still wear it.
