I adore this coat. I purchased it two years ago and wore it this past winter in downtown Chicago - it was purrrrrfect! Unfortunately, I took it to the dry cleaners, who ruined the "pleather" toggle loops! It would have been helpful to have the cleaning instructions on a label in the coat. DO NOT DRY CLEAN!
So, I made a claim with the dry cleaners, who then sent me a check and I bought another one (on SALE, too boot)! Unfortunately, I was not able to replace the exact color (the original was an "olive" hue). When I purchased the second coat, it was difficult to determine what the actual colors were. The color I ended up with is more of a "tan" hue. I do like it, but not as much as the original!

I LOVE this coat! It is fashionable, yet SO warm on snowy days. Put the hood up and you are in your own little world protected from snow and rain. It never shows dirt and you can show the fur at the sleeves or roll them down to keep your hands warm. I lost 50 lbs and the only thing I regret is my beloved coat doesn't fit me anymore! Going to buy another one!

jacket is great - looks and fits nicely. two areas for improvement the zipper catches the right side pocket edge and while its not hard to do it would have been nice if the jacket had been de-fuzzed. the first few times I wore it I was covered in 'fur' fluffs from the cut edges.

Even my trendy teens say it looks great ! I was worried it would be heavy and bulky, but it's not at all. Normally I wear small sizes but I got a medium (smalls were all gone). It fits good over everything. Not too big or baggy. Very soft and plush fabrics. Construction is good (-and I'm a tailor). Good and warm at 10 below zero weather.
I do wish the pockets were roomier but actually, gloves and keys fit fine. Nice that you can wash and dry this at home, too.

I don't know if this product is water resistant or not as I haven't worn it out in the rain as of yet. I love the coat, and I get lots of comments on how nice it looks.

This coat must have been extremely popular as it had to be back ordered. I was glad to still be able to get it and was definitely worth the wait. It fits great and was just what I had wanted.
