So many people stated that the dress ran one to two sizes too small. So to make sure i received the dress in my size (didn't want my size to sell out), i purchased it at my size and the next two up.
I'm a size ten. The size ten fit like a 10. The 12 was far too large. I didn't open the 14.
The only thing that i don't like is that the dress is more 1980's style than the 1930's style it appeared to be in the picture. You can't see it from the picture, but the bottom of the dress has V shaped stitching that's kinda odd. Cute dress though.

After reading the reviews I decided to purchase this dress even though it's a size up than I usually wear. Most everyone was saying this dress size ran small and it is so true. I wear a 2 in misses and the 4 fits perfect!! so I do suggest buying a dress size bigger if you like this dress. Beautiful dress. Can't wait to wear to work! I do have to say the black fabric flaps on shoulder are bigger and stand out more than the picture shows. that was the only "not-so-great thing for me." But it is still very pretty.

I really love the dress and so does my boyfriend. The only thing wrong is it is a little snug around the waist and therefore it gaps at the bottons. For a size 14 I think it runs a little small however it gives me insentive to lose a little weight so I can wear it.

If the photo had been taken of a standing model, I could have better seen what the skirt looks like. As it is, the fit is on target but the fabric is so cheap & the lining is too stiff & sticky. It looks like a summery dress, but you'd sweat to death in it, and it would be stuck to you all day.
