Dress is super comfy. It definitely looks better with heels. I added a belt to it to create an empire waist too. Without heels, it kinda almost looked like a potato sac.

I bought this dress for a cruise later this fall after reading all the reviews on it. It is far better than expected. I can't wait to wear it. I was concerned about the length since I'm a petite and it doesn't come in petite but I wanted it just a little longer than the illustration and it's perfect. It might be a little short on someone really tall. The design and fabric are very nice and it feels great on. I think accessories can really dictate the occasions to wear it.

The dress is SO comfortable, but fits kind of funny around the bust line and the wide sleeves(?) or straps bunched up. The swing of the dress was great and covered any "pooches" that we don't have, but ultimately the bunching of the sleeves looked so weird to me that I returned the dress before wearing it out. Would work GREAT on someone a tad taller than my 5'7".
