I love this dress. It is a basic black that goes anywhere. The only thing I had to do was hem it about two inches. Otherwise, it was perfect! Wears well!

The jacket should be overall crispier: with this shoulder line, it needs shoulder pads (most of us do not have sharp shoulders like models do); the sleeves should be finished with a turn-back flap and a button - to balance with the collar. And then of course the collar. When one or two tiny details are not right, it can ruin the whole outfit. Still, I'll see how it works with scarves and gloves...

I bought this dress for those rare occassions where I needed something dressier than my work suits and not necessarily an evening gown. I didn't like the way the material looked cheap. Although it does have an overall stylish look (design-wise); just not for a really dressy occasion I would recommend for someone else as everyong has different expectations.

I couldn't wait until I received this outfit-that is until I tried it on and it was terrible. The fit was sloppy, the top was cut awkward, the collar didn't stand up on one side, the jacket sleeves revealed the lining. I had to return it..sorry

I love the style of the dress but wonder how long it will last. the price is right so I figured it was worth keeping even though I had to have it hemmed. I think after a few washes/dry cleanings it will pill and won't look good.

The jacket gaps between the snap buttons badly, especially the top too. It's not tight, so that's not what's causing it. It's as if the fabric can't support the weight of the buttons. It needs additional snaps or something in between. The dress gaps out at the arm holes and neck but seems to fit everywhere else.

The dress fits fine but the jacket does not fall well around the collar area. There is also too much space between the buttons so the jacket opens between them.

Fabric is very nice, however, I ordered this in a size 12 and the sheath fit, but the jacket was much too big. In addition, the jacket does not hang properly if it's buttoned--there is a huge gap between the top botton and the second button. I would say that the jacket is at least one size larger than the sheath. Disappointing.
