I was so disappointed with the fit of this dress. I ordered the same size as other dresses in the same order, but this one does not begin to fit - I cannot even get the buttons to close at the bustline! It is a very cute/attractive dress, and I'll add it to my "skinnier" clothes, in the hopes that I'll get some of my weight off and actually fit into it soon! It's obviously sized wrong - I ordered a 12, and it's probably an 8!

I would have used for casual type settings, but did not keep the dress due to the fact it had a sewing flaw. The upper sleeve was not caught during the sewing process......

I'm usually a petite 4, but I decided to try this dress in a 6 because most of the reviews said it ran small. WRONG!!! I liked the dress but it was too big and I had to send it back. The fit was fine as far as the hem and neck lines (ususally a problem when dress is not petite) it was just too big.

Great dress. I orderd largest size after reading the reviews. Bust is a little close but I left top 2 buttons open and wore a lacy camisole. I ordered 3 colors will keep them. I got a lot of looks and compliments on the dress when I wore the black one.

The color of this dress is amazing, it's just too bad that I am petite and they only have this for misses, I tried to get the size 4 because I am 4P but it was just way too long for me and I somehow loose the shape around the waistline, it's too straight down. It's just not the right fit for me, but I'm pretty sure that if I got the right size, I would love to keep this dress. I love the style and the color and fabric as well.

I really liked the dress. The only thing is that it was a little tight in the bust area. I ordered my normal and a size up. The normal size is a little tight in the bust, and the size up is too big at the waist. Overall the dress is figure flattering.

The eyelet detail is really charming, and it's nice that the dress is lined. But it's much, much too tight in the bust. I'm a very standard size, and Chadwick's clothes are often a little snug in the bust for me, so I ordered a size larger than normal. Even that was too small, so I'm exchanging it for *two* sizes larger than my normal size. I've never worn anything that size in my life!
Still, it's a very pretty dress, which is why I'm going to the trouble of exchanging it. The purple color is lovely, and the fit is flattering overall.

When this dress arrived I was very pleased with the royal purple color, it's gorgeous, however when I tried it on the sleeves were nearly non existent and the buttons stopped on the lower half of the dress leaving a large slit at the bottom that opens when sitting or walking. I was so disappointed, I will be returning it.

I ordered this dress in a size larger than I normally wear because the dress is 100% cotton except for the lining and I wasn't sure about shrinkage. I have to say that the larger size fit perfectly, although it was slightly more snug in the bust than I thought. Chesty girls might want to size up for this dress. It is a little more fitted than shown in the catalog, but is very flattering and I love it!!
