Bought this for an outdoor late summer wedding. Some of the seams were not quite as finished as I thought they should be but it may be inherent to the nature of the fabric. They were much less obvious when wearing the dress as opposed to it being on the hanger. It is very flattering on and I would buy it again.

I am a size 8/10 and ordered this in a size 10 and it was too clingy over the butt and belly. But i have a baby bulge and a butt, so it is best for those without any ugly bulges. I would only wear with a sweater on top. The bias cut skirt is clingy and almost uncomfortable. I would recommend to a friend but tell them what I now know.

I go to church just about every Sunday so this is a great dress for that. I really wish it had more sleeves. I don't like to wear sleeveless or almost sleeveless. It's hard to find a dress with sleeves - they're either sleeveless or have jackets to go with them. I'm going to have to wear a girdle or something when I wear it. I have a belly from having a baby and this dress will highlight that. I may have to return it if I don't lose some more weight. It's a little tight in the shoulders.

The seam where the zipper is puckers a little. It should be laying flat as the dress skims the body. That's the only thing I don't like about it. Shows poor workmanship. The fabric and color are lovely. Have always loved the longer lengths and it's perfect for me because I stand a tad over 5'9".

I like the dress because it's the right length for me. Material is very lightweight, which is perfect for spring/summer. The only problem is that the material is so lightweight that it wrinkles too easily and when you iron it, on a very low heat setting, the dress won't stay still on the ironing board. I had to put stick pins in it so it will stay in place.

I was glad that I looked at the reviews to know how this dress was fitting.I would like to add that if you have any kind of stomach buldge you will have to wear and under garment with it or go on a diet. I have worn and/or will wear this to a girlfriend's wedding, an awards ceremony at my college, church, out for a nice dinner, a concert, and any other spring/summer occasion that calls for a dressy, classy look. It would probably be very pretty with a white cardigan too, if the weather were cooler. I really like the fit in general, the length is very pretty, and the price was right. I ordered the size 12 in the French Blue Dot for [$], and it fit very nicely. (I'm 19 years old, 5'7", 145 lbs, and a 36C on top.) The only thing I've found so far that I might have liked different were the armholes, which are a little large for my taste. However, they are still plenty modest as long as I am conscious of my movements. The fabric does feel a little flimsy, and I'm afraid that I might accidentally snag it, but I'd imagine that's just the nature of georgette. I wear it with the Leather T-Strap Espadrilles in white, also from Chadwicks. Overall, I think it's very pretty, and I've received many compliments about it from other people.

FLATTERING!!!! Not only is this a beautiful dress in its' own right, but the cut makes it fit well to whatever shaped woman wears it.
I dress according to my mood (and since we women have such basic moods, I have no need for a wide and varied wardrobe. Ha! Ha!) Whenever I put on this dress, I *have* to twirl. I love the swish of the georgette ruffles at the hem.
There was some mention of difficulty in matching shoes and other accessories to the color. They also have this dress in the Clearance section in several other different colors and patterns. So, there's no excuse not to include this dress in your closet. You won't regret it!

This was a beautiful dress with a very flattering fit but the colors were very pale. I bought the blue and I thought it was blue and white however it was blue and cream and just looked very bland. I found the cream color to be very unflattering. I would have LOVED this dress if the colors had been more vibrant.

When I pulled it out of the bag, it wasn't so pretty, but when I tried it on, WOW! I love the way it fits. It has darts in the waist to capture and highlights your figure. I will add a jacket to it to make it look really dressy. I orderd a smaller size than I usually wear and it fits great. I love this dress. I want to order the other color.
