I'm glad that the company doesn't vanity size. I like the fact that I can rely on consistent sizing from this company over the years. The length was nice, fabric was comfortable, but there was something about the pattern that didn't flatter me. I think the size of the flower print made my chest look heavy, and the contrasting fabric around the waist made that area look wider.

I think this is a very pretty dress, very flattering, and looks exactly like the picture on Chadwick’s web site. It is also quite comfortable. The only problem is that it is made of cotton so I’ll have to dry clean it to prevent it from shrinking.

I knew exactly what I was looking for, and I finally found it!
The v-neck flatters a bustier woman, and the coverage over the bra area allows you to wear the bra you really want, instead of something that barely covers or supports (which is a problem I have with most sundress styles). The waistline falls lower than most of the dresses this year, so it helps you avoid that pregnant look that goes with contemporary styles.
The contemporary look you want comes in the print! The color (mine is red) is vivid and beautiful, and the fabric is soft, but not paper thin (gives you the feeling of more coverage if your shape isn't perfect underneath). It is also fully lined.
The fit for 16 is a little big on top (I'm a 38C) and a little snug at the waist, but it doesn't need any alterations. I thought I would fit in a 14, but the 16 turns out to be just right.
