The empire waist has the tendency to make this dress look like a mumu. I belted the dress and now I love it. The waist makes all the difference! It is very comfortable and washes well. Washed it twice and no fading of the vibrant color. Would buy another in another color. I highly recommend a belt.

cute dress for summer time. Just add flip flops and you're good for running errands, backyard hanging out. out to lunch. It is a bit small across the hips so have to be careful of what's underneath. This dress just hangs and the ruffles at the bottom hit right at the hip making an already large set of hips look even larger. It's in the mail to go back. Also to have the bust fit correctly under the breast where the knot is, it has to be down far making it really low cut.

My first reaction was that this dress is too big, but I think that's really the point: it's a loose airy light summer dress, good for slipping on to run errands or sit in your yard on a hot day. But it's pretty at the same time. It's definitely not as dressy as it looks in the pic (I got black) but it's a cute little dress for the price tag. And it's fun & unusual too.

For 15$ it wasn't a bad deal, but I definitely wouldn't wear it as a dress... it fits kinda like a potato sack and the only good use I could find for it was as a swim suit cover-up. I didn't send it back cause why pay 7$ to send back a [$] dress. I usually wear a size 8 sometimes a 6, so I ordered a 6 and I def could have worn a 4.

I ordered the dress in black-very cute! It is kind of low cut in the neckline, but if you layer a cami or tank underneath, it is not only cute, but adds to the look of the dress. I think it would be a good cover-up on a swimsuit.
