I bought the black one for a friends memorial service. It was perfect, except the seam that went from the waist to the nipple area. It ended too low and looked like they were pointing to the floor. I sewed the seam up higher and flattened it out. I've worn 2 times and washed...sadly it is slightly faded. Recommend hand washing or dry cleaning.

I purchased this dress in black. I love the style and the fabric. My only problem is in the bust area. I think the arm holes are too large. I am small busted, but even with a padded bra the fit just is not right. Fortunatly, there are two darts in the back which I will ask my tailor to take in. I usually return items that fit this poorly, but I believe I will wear this dress often enough to justify the additional expense to have it tailored.

This dress is so cute and comfortable. I was waiting for it in the carnation color on backorder and I wore it out to dinner the very day I received it! I have this dress in black as well. The pin-tucked ruffle gives it a feminine edge. It's a flattering fit that accentuates the waist. I'm planning on wearing this dress to a Saturday afternoon baby shower and then going straight to dinner at my husband's golf club. The color is very girl-y and I get lots of compliments when I wear it.

I expected a different shade of pink. This is more towards salmon or coral instead of the strawberry pink it appeared to be on the screen. The color is good though. I like it.

The dress overall was very cute on, but the darts at the bust stick out a bit, in a not-so-flattering way. I was disappointed at how flimsy the fabric felt. It is not a heavy weight cotton, it was more like poplin (sp?), like a button-down shirt, but it offered good coverage even without a lining. It felt a bit tight for the size, but it was generous in the bust area, and I'm pretty busty. If I had kept this dress, I would definitely have it shortened by a couple of inches, so it would have fallen at knee length, or a bit higher, as pictured, which would have been more flattering on me. I'm 5'5" and it is obvious that the model is much taller than I am. The next size up would definitely fit, but in the end the color didn't look right on me (I'm too tan. Gorgeous color, though) and I did not want it in black. I would have loved it in the same intensity, but blue, instead. With a few small modifications, this is a great casual dress that can be dressed up or down.

I think the pattern needs to be review for the front part of the armholes. Consider a average chest size.

This dress is very flattering on the body. It's comfortable and looks crisp, even after a day's wear. The only issue is the side zipper is tricky, but it's do-able. Just have to take your time with the zipper. It seems to stick right in the middle of the waist. I got this dress in black and I'm waiting for a back-order of the same dress in carnation.

This dress is really cute. It's perfect for a summer occasion because it is cool, breathable cotton. You may want to take it to the cleaners to have it professionally pressed though. It does wash easily. I think the dress fit is a bit snug, so you may have to go up a size. Surprisingly, I have no zipper issues with this dress. Usually side zippers are difficult, but mine works smoothly. I have the dress in black, and it looked really classy at the wedding I wore it to. The other color would be pretty too!

I love this dress. I feel I am alway trying to hide figure flaws these days and this dress helps me do it and look stylish and trim. Fits true to size. I got it in black and will dress it up with jewerely and little heels. Or this can be casual with flip-flops. Perfect for vacation or just dinner out with my husband.

I was very disappointed when I received this dress. It is low quality (no lining) and does not look like the picture on the website. On the model the dress falls above the knee. I am 5'8" and the dress came a bit below my knee. Also, I ordered a 6 and it was too big. Other reviewers commented that items from Chadwicks run small, but I did not find this to be the case. Apparently this store is not for me.

Zipper can be hard to zip/unzip. Decorative band around the bottom needs to be pressed after washing.

Was too form-fitting at the bust; gave it a matronly look. Pink was too much. Would've preferred pink with some other color to break it up and add a little more interest to it.

This dress is very cute and comfortable BUT the side zipper sticks where the waist band is. Although I kept the dress, it's really hard to get on and off.

What a great dress! Feels great on, and is so flattering. The only complaint I have is that the zipper is really difficult to close (even when the dress wasn't on me). But I'll just leave it closed and pull it on over my head.

I liked the styling of this dress which is why I ordered it. However, when I received the dress and tried it on at home I had an extremely difficult time getting it on and it actually ripped a small amount at the seam. The side zipper needs to be redesigned

This is a beautiful dress! The color (pink) is really pretty and quite flattering. I ordered a size up and although it fits nicely everywhere, it's a bit big in the armholes and neckline, so I reordered my 'right' size so I compare and I will keep the one that fits best. I would love to get the black too! Very pretty summer dress!

Dress does not run true to size. I am a normal 12 but had to get a 14. There clothes run small so just get 1 or 2 sizes larger than you wear. Very summery and light. Wearing to a garden wedding. Dressy but casual.
