Love this dress, but will have to return. The zipper was broken, and spot on back of dress. I think this was returned before. Should not have been back in stock. I would have used for my daughter's wedding. Also, the neckline was lower then pictured.

I bought this dress for my daughter's June wedding. I loved the 3/4 length sleeve. The bead work was very lovely, very generous. I had comments that my dress sparkled in the sunlight as I was walking down the aisle. I cannot tell you how many other dresses I purchased and returned over a 10 month period. None of them having all the requirements I wanted.This is a jewel. I ordered the celery green and it was wonderful for a summer wedding along with the bridesmaid's lavender dresses.

I bought the dress in pink, and it looks just like the online picture. I decided against keeping it mainly because the beading is very heavy, but also because I didn't have time to try a bigger size; it was quite small in the waist and bust. I suggest being careful with each zip of the zipper because of how easy it would be to rip off some beads. The dress is gorgeous; just a bit heavy for a summer event.

this is a very pretty dress. The style is flattering and the fabric is nice. The dress was too big in the top area and hung strangely because of the weight of the beads. The dress would be classier with less beading on top. I sent back dress because of the zipper problem and the size.

I am wearing this gown to my son's wedding in September. It is perfect, I love the sparkle! After ordering five other gowns from other retailers, I am returning them all, this is the one! I would have to say that the one con is the color of the skirt is not a true champagne, more of a tan, but still a beautiful gown, and very comfortable.

I used this dress for my son's wedding and received alot of compliments. The dress is very see-through on the bottome half and I needed two slips underneath but overall I was very satisfied.
I bought this dress to wear as mother of the groom. I was delighted when it arrived because it was so beautiful and elegant, even more lovely than it looks in the picture. If I had a quarter for every compliment I received that day, I could take a trip around the world! Several women asked me where I got the dress. Dresses like this are very hard to find. It was comfortable all day, felt great for many long hours, and evidently looked smashing. I only hope I have many occasions to wear it again. I got the celery green because they were out of the champaign in my size. But most of the compliments were about how beautiful the color was! The elegant beading on the top also was stunning, as well as the flowing skirt. Also very slimming. Great dress.

I plan to wear it to my son's wedding this fall.
I'm short, so I will have to have it shortened. Wish there was a petite. I've not worn it yet, so I am hoping that the beading holds up.

needed it for mother of the bride dress Im a size 4 but this dress in a size 4 was huge on me. I am 5'4" and it dragged on the floor but it is a pretty dress. Would be hard to alter because of beads.

I was impressed with the weight of the dress; nice quality. The waist fell a little too high and so the side gathering made me look thick rather than slenderizing. I'm actually returning it. It is a lovely color though and beautiful beading.

The dress is just beautiful and will be great at my daughter's wedding. I just wish it had been a shorter length. I'm having it shortened to mid-calf. All of my acquaintances are complaining about the lack of pretty mid-calf dresses. More formal dresses are all full-length, or black, or more suited to the teen scene.

Recd. and the top of dress appears to be champagne
and bottom of dress pale pink...don't match. Perhaps a manufacture error. Catalog shows all in pink not mixed. I'm returning. I called and spoke
with a rep and they were very nice but not sure they
understood not a productive conversation..."Yes, dress comes in pink and champagne wh/ did you want"
I'm frustrated and disappointed...was for my son's
wedding. Oh well.

I thought i'd found the perfect mother's dress for the wedding. But, when I tried it on it weighed too much, it was really heavy. Too much beading. The fabric across chest sagged because of the weight of the beads. It was too hot to wear as it was so putting the beads on a heavier material would be even worse. I felt like I would not be able to wear this dress much over 30 min.

This dress looks MUCH better than in the catalog or on line! For one thing -it sparkles!! This is going to be a wonderful dress for me to wear at a special occasion dinner with the low lighting - it is classy, and the sparkles are not over done.
I thought the soft, light-pink color was beautiful - no beads fell off my dress, and it is not too heavy to wear. This one is a hidden treasure!

I bought this dress (in pink) for my daughters wedding. I am not your typical mother-of-the-bride, and it was extremely hard for me to find the "right" dress. I tend to be more a younger image and found the typical mother-of-the-bride dresses to be older looking for me. This dress was a hit. I recieved so many compliments and the color is a beautiful soft pink (I am not a pink lover) You can't go wrong with this dress!!

The dress was prettier, and dressier than it appeared in the catalog. I ordered 2 different sizes...and just like Goldilocks...one was too small and the other was way too big! [...] I had to return both as the sizes were off, but I am a frequent shopper of Chadwicks and am usually completely satisfied.

The dress is very pretty, but is actually quite a bit darker than it looks online. I was going for a light champagne gold for my daughter's wedding....the skirt of this dress looks almost brown.

I will be wearing this dress for my second wedding. As a middle aged but not frumpy woman in good shape, I think it's very flattering and in good taste. I only wish it would come in petite size, as I've had to have it shortened. I would also advise shipping it in a box, not in a bag--it came very wrinkled.

Dress is great, sizing chart accurate but the color swatch was off. I will keep the dress but wish it was the color it said it would be. I would tell a friend to be aware of color problems.
