These are absolutely the best jeans I've found to fit a woman with curves. I have never been able to wear a pair of jeans that didn't gap at the back of my waist until these jeans. Yes, these jeans are designed to be comfortable at the waist for those who need a little extra stretch there, but they are also designed so that they actually come in at the waist instead of just going straight down from the waist to the hips. This makes these jeans perfect for women with hour-glass figures like mine! I own several expensive pairs of designer jeans that are "specially designed" to fit with women with "little middles", etc. but none of those jeans fit me as well as these do.
Two cons: not enough colors available, and need to be made in size 2 regs. PLEASE CHADWICKS, PLEASE MAKE THESE JEANS IN MORE COLORS AND IN SIZE 2's!!!!

The waist does fit very comfortably, however the jeans are very tight fitting everywhere else. My legs/butt are quite slender and these jeans were skin tight. So tight that I returned them. Cannot imagine the fit after washing them.

I have had 2 back surgeries and since the first in 1998, I've had to wear denim pants with old fashioned elastic all way round (look matronly) due to lack of comfort in classic jeans. These are the first jeans that are truly comfortable that I've found and they look great! I've had many compliments.

Good material jeans with the right ammount of stretch. I did feel they run a little big. I am considering ordering a size down to see if it is a better fit. I totally see the benefit of the comfort waist. It does make a difference.

These jeans are incredibly comfortable- for a change, the waistband actually stretches but doesn't look like a stretch band when worn. I'm definitely telling my friends about this great pair of jeans!

I have been buying jeans for my children for years with the elasticized waists and wondered why this concept has not been available in adults clothing as well. Now it is.
Side note: Of course there are the elastic waisted pants without zippers, but that has a stereotype attached to that style.

We recently took our vacation, and I wore my new Chadwick's Comfort Waist Boot Cut Jeans. How fun was it was after traveling all day by plane then by car to arrive at our destination and be told, "Wow! You look so slim!"?
The jeans advertise a 'comfort waist' and right you are, Chadwick's; jeans can cut a body in half but not these. I plan to add a third pair to my collection.

I LOVE these jeans! I've tried many of the cotton/spandex jeans and you can hardly tell there's any spandex in them (in other words, they're still uncomfortable!) but these jeans are SOOO comfortable due to the spandex. The jeans have a contemporary look but the waist is where I like it to be, just below my belly button. I also like it that these jeans don't gap at my waist like ALL of my other jeans tend to do. FINALLY a pair of jeans that fit!
One thing I'd add if I could would be a little stitching on the back pocket instead of the pocket being completely plain. Other than that, they're a perfect ten!
PLEASE MAKE THESE JEANS AVAILABLE IN MORE COLORS!!!!! Additional colors I'd love to see would be brown, tan, white, black, etc. I'm not a big "bright colors" person when it comes to full length jeans but some nice fall colors would be fantastic!
