make them more customized. Have the ability to pick the length from short to long. Example: petites are 29" long while misses are 31". You should offer 29, 30 & 31" lenghts.

Great slacks...except for the zipper. I have several pairs of these slacks and the zipper is always their downfall. The first pairs did not have a hook and eye at the top and made them difficult to zip, however, the last pairs had this added which helped. If they used a better quality zipper, these would be the perfect slacks.

After reading the reviews, I decided to purchase these pants in the black pinstripe. I ordered one size larger, because of the reviews and I was glad I did! The fit was still slightly snug but there was enough stretch in the pants to still make them look nice on. Plus the vertical lines of the pinstripe make me look a little thinner.

I purchased the white pants and had to get the hem shortened because I am not a petite length in pants. However, I detected a small stain right at the seam on the back of the left leg. I am not sure if it came from you that way or got that way at the alteration establishment. However, in the future, I shall look closely at all items I purchase from you. I bought a white cotton blazer a few months ago and did not realize, until I bought a couple more of the same jacket, that the sleeves were so short - about an inch shorter than the others - and they were all petite. Also, I have to return a purchase I made a few weeks ago; my purchases were very poorly made - a jacket with one side fitting much looser than the other and two pairs of jeans that were both badly stitched on the sides (hips). I know these were sale items, so they may have been returns - for the same reason. I would prefer to pay a higher price than get a deal on ill-fitting clothes. If you have a sale, the quality of the merchandise should be no less than merchandise at full price.

The design and fit are excellent. The issue I had was with the zipper - on one pair the zipper puller broke and one another the stitches at the lower end of the zipper came loose.

I love the pants. This is the second time I ordered them. The bad odor in the first pair of pants did not show up in the second order pants. I ordered two pair the second time. The fit was not consistant in the tree pair of pants. In the second order one is snug and the other is a little loose. Same size. Both will fit but differently. I have more than a few pair of these pants. I was disappointed because the ones I received recently were not of the same material and appeared to be at least a size too small even though I ordered the same size I always order. Sadly I am sending these back.
