The pants are pictured in the catalog with a long shirt over the pockets. I guess I should have taken the hint if they hide the problem. The pockets stick out right on the hips making me look 10 pounds heavier and also sloppy.

The pants are great except for the fact that they have no lining and you can see straight through the seersucker. Luckily, my mother taught me to sew, and I am able to line them myself rather than going through the hassle of a return. However, I don't think I should have to put in the time or money to do so. If you are going to leave out lining you should drop the price.

As usual, the pants are WAAAY TO LONG! I don't know what the deal it with size 6 pants long enough to fit a woman who is about 5'6 1/2. I just don't get it! And the waist seems to be about a 28-30. And with no belt loops we "Coke bottles" are in trouble. A size 6 should be smaller just BECAUSE it is a 6. This should mean that the person is of a smaller stature.

I was really disappointed in these. I have other seersucker pants that are nowhere near this thin. These felt like paper towels! The legs were also even wider than they appear in the photo. They would have been so cute, if you couldn't see every stitch in my underwear!

I won't agree that either of these items can stand alone, but they are complimentary to each other. The pants and the jacket turned out to be a very nice suit and I received several compliments on it.
