okay, I really do like this shirt - I ordered it in red - which is a bright red, and two striped colors (blue and brown). I have only worn (worn, washed, dried, ironed) the red shirt 2x and the buttons on the sleeves....the buttons on the other two shirts are also loose and in danger of coming off. Hopefully, Chadwicks will be able to fix this issue (as it happens with most button down shirtsand fortunately, I know how to sew them back together :)

I bought the shirt in red and black and they fit perfectly, there is absolutely no gaposis at the chest, which I love. There is enough seaming to make the shirt figure flattering. What's nice about these shirts is that you can wear them to work alone or under a sweater or blazer with a skirt or dress pants and then turn around and wear them out after work with a pair of jeans. They are very versatile. I would definitely recommend getting these especially if you have trouble with blouses gaping!

This shirt fits absolutely perfectly. I won't say it fits like a glove because it doesn't fit so tightly that certain rolls show. It's got just enough leeway to fit well. It's very flattering, and the sleeves are a perfect length.It also comes out of the dryer wrinkle-free. This is a winner!

The problem for me was, one I'm not a fan of spandex in my blouses and two the size I ordered was cut small...I had to have the darts taken out.

This is a great shirt with versatility. I must add though that after a wash I will not place the shirt in the dryer. In the past, I ordered a shirt from Chadwicks that was made with similar material. After I placed it in the dryer it shrunk and became tight across the chest and the sleeves were a little shorter. So, now I've learned to let it dry on a hanger. Other that this, it is a great piece!

I bought two striped shirts. I can wear them with skirts to the office or church. They are very comfortable not stiff like other dress shirts. The fabric gives a little. The only thing I don't like about it, is it does shrink a little. I think they should sell it preshrunk. The sleeves & shirt should be 1-2 inches longer. That is more of the trend now with the low cut jeans.

I got the dark brown color, and it is great. The cut on the body is right...not too big like others. The french cuffed sleeves were a little short (I have long arms), but I unfolded the cuffs so it looks like long cuffs and now the sleeves are perfect, and it looks trendy too.

I ordered two of these shirts (one striped and one solid) and was was disappointed with the quality and fit. I wanted to wear it with out having to tuck it in but it runs short (at least on me). The quality of the material was not very high, it was difficult to get it to look nice and crisp even after ironing it a few times over. The shirt feels like a $19 shirt - I had hoped for more than that.

Love the shirt design and color. Wrinkles fairly easily and needs ironing with every wash. At first washing the French cuff buttons tore out, and now I have to repair the shirt before washing a second time!! Other parts of shirt appear to be more rugged, but buttons are a problem, especially this early in the game.

The shirt is very comfortable and easy to wear. I have worn it out (not tucked in) and it looks great. I bought it in a 6 and usually wear small, but it is a little big through the sides. I'm not busty so a 4 might be better. If you are petite or wear a small top try wearing a smaller size.

I bought two of these shirts-- and I love them. The cuff buttons fell off during the wash, but I sewed them back on. They feel a little too large, but still look really good. I love the fabric and the design. They are perfect for work (in an office). They do require light ironing.

Very nice classic shirt and a great basic to any waredrobe. The colors are faded in apperance and I didn't feel the web photo really reflected that. The material could stand to be softer, maybe a higher grade of cotton would have worked better. Overall, nice shirt and good value.

The only thing I do NOT like is that when I wore it for the first time, the buttons on the cuffs would NOT stay buttoned! I had to keep asking my husband to button my button. He got frustrated with it and said I should have gotten something else that would stay buttoned!

I bought 2, one solid colored and one of the stripes. Initially, these fit fine when I first got them. I washed them in cold and dried them on extra low, since they supposedly can be dried. Not only did they come out completely wrinkled and almost impossible to iron, they shrunk so much that I can no longer button them, and the sleeves are way too short. Unfortunately, I cannot send them back, but they have no use to me now.

This is a good basic white blouse. I usually wear an 8 in dresses & pants but ordered a 12 as a medium in a blouse usually fits. It's perfect. I like the covered placket in the front as it gives a more tailored look. Will be great with jeans and a blazer and boots or heels or without blazer for more casual look.

I needed a plain white long-sleeved shirt for work. This was a good value for a simple, classic style. However, it is more snug on top than I like (would have sent it back except there is, at least, stretch in the fabric), and not fitted down through the waistline at all-- it is practically A-line and bunches too much with skirts & pants when tucked in.

I purchasd to wear to work with slacks on a casual friday. It is a bit full and the sleeves are too long. I'll adjust it and it will be fine. I ordered a size 10 but a size 8 would have been the better fit. Great price!

This shirt was beautiful and seemed very well made, in contrast to some of Chadwick's other products, which seem to be made of flimsy fabric that unravels before it even arrives. However, when I opened the bag to take the shirt out, I discovered a large, black stain on the front collar that looked a bit like tar. With this stain, the shirt is impossible to wear out. The shirt was so cheap on clearance that it would almost cost the price of the shirt to return it, so it's pointless for me to bother returning the item. I am very dissatisfied that I had to pay for a beautiful shirt that I can only wear around the house because of a stain-[...]

I read the reviews of this product before buying it. Based on the reviews I ordered a size smaller than I would have because people said it felt too large. Glad I did. The size down made a huge difference and it fits great. If you dry it for about 10 minutes and then hang up to dry the rest of the way, it won't wrinkle too bad. Have not worn to see if wrinkles throughout the day.

I love the colors (black and violet striped) but the shirt is not as fitted as it appears to be in the online catalog. I wouldn't wear for anything but the most casual occasions. Also, it required a good deal of ironing after being washed and dried according to care instructions, which would be fine if it fitted well and could stand alone without needing to be covered up.
While I wouldn't recommend it to another person, I did choose to keep it, mainly for the color and comfort as an underlayer.

This dress fit beautifully, tho I had to go up one size. It moves with you, feels great on, washes up nicely - just a great dress. If I had to find fault it would be the zipper. It makes the side seam a bit "poppy" so that it didn't lay quite right on the hip.

I ordered the white french shirt and the brown stripe. The brown is a better fabric.
The white is thin materil and I had to resew the cuff buttons on one sleeve.

The color of this blouse was fantastic and just as I anticipated. The overall quality of the fabric, however, was not as great as I had hoped. It required heavy ironing after I washed it and a steam iron still didn't get it as nice as I would have liked. It was incredibly comfortable and the color stayed great, but the wrinkling factor was a huge negative for me.

Cuff buttons have fallen off bec/ they weren't sewn on well enough. I have only one hand & live alone, so I'm no seamstress who can simply sew them back on.
I would not refuse 2 replacement (striped) shirts!

The buttons were loose on the sleeve cuffs. The fabric was stiff, not soft. Also, when the lapels were opened, it exposed the inside of the fabric which was whitish & not the true color of the outside of the fabric. I'm a 4P & ordered 6P. I returned the shirt due to not the quality as expected.

Even tho' there is spandex in the material, it doesn't cling to you when you raise your arms. It stays put. I have a blouse from another store with spandex in it and when I raise my arms, the blouse stays up and I have to pull it down. I don't have to with this one.

Usually blouses don't fit my long arms or wide shoulders. This stretchy fabric helps with the fit. Also it's NOT designed for someone with a large chest (breasts).

I bought several blouses in different colors to wear with my suits to the office. The fabric and the colors are beautiful. The buttons on the french cuffs are a little difficult to manage. I recommend using a pair of feminine cuff links. Very nice blouse for a very reasonable price.

The product is fine, I' gotten quite a few compliments on it. Although the cuff sleeves could have been just one tab bit longer. I washed it in cold water woolite and the looks are what I expected. I was not expecting a high end product, because I only wanted something to wear casually and it will and has served my purpose.

I like this shirt because it is one of the few women's french cuffed shirt that has true french cuffs, cufflinks rock! I have purchased both the stripe and the solids and wear them to the office frequently. With a pencil skirt and fabulous belt I always feel professional and pulled together. Easy on the wallet, especially when purchased in multiples.

I will wear this top for casual attire,I may also wear it under a suite. Style is different, I have not seen a top like it in the stores. The buttons on the sleeves are the problem,came off at the first wash. It is hard to sew them back since they are connected to each other with a certain length of thread.

Another nice shirt, but again your sizes run too small. Either its me or you, but when I buy shirts the same size in other stores, they fit fine but everytime I buy shirts or dresses from you they are usually too tight. I try to compensate and order bigger sizes but they're still too tight and to mail it back is a major inconvienience.

Thank heaven for this shirt! It is stylish, attractive, versatile, and an unbelievable value at the price.
