I actually wore this some as a summer dress, instead of as a cover-up. With 100+ temps in the South, it's a nice cool dress. I am petite so the length was fine, but if you're taller this might be a bit short.
The only critique I have of it is that the cut was rather baggy, not form fitting at all. So you don't get much of a shape in it. The positive to that though is that in the heat and humidity, there is nothing touching your skin which is a real plus. Overall, a good buy.

I brought 2 of these tank dresses with me to Panama because the weather is warm there and I had to pack light. The tank dresses worked well as t-shirts with skirts, long t-shirts with shorts, lounge wear, or swim wear cover-ups. Be advised that you might want to layer a bra tank-top underneath for modesty depending on the use.

Hits above the knee is accurate...way above the knee is more accurate. Previous reviews mentioned this dress's short length...but I purchased anyway to use as a swimsuit cover up. I actually use it to sleep in because it's a perfect summer nightshirt: stretchy, sleeveless and comfortable. I washed it in cold water on gentle cycle and air dried. Minimal wrinkling/shrinkage. Material is midweight knit so it dried quickly. I don't think I'll ever use it as a dress because it's too short fo me to wear comfortably in public....but I might buy another to sleep in!

Hard to justify this as a dress as armholes are a bit open and revealing. Size seems large for a medium but length is on shorter side. Not a perfect match but will work as cover up. Love the coral color and have matching lightweight cotton sweater that will hide the problems.

This little dress is perfect for nearly every chore around the house. I wouldnt pull weeds or bend over in the yard with it on though because it is a little short...but that doesnt stop its great flexibility. It was also at a can't beat price for the a swimsuit coverup. Great addition to my casual wardrobe!
