The overall fit of the dress was good (8P), the color and material are all great. I found that the sleeves were very strange. The bottom of the sleeve was sewn too close to the body (arpit) which made it very uncomfortable to lift my arms. I will be returning this dress.

I had loved this dress since it came out last fall. Now that it was finally on sale, i jumped at the chance to order it. I was very disappointed in the material and the fit. The fabric is very heavy. It would be better suited in something lighter and silky. This was a very heavy rayon. the cut of the dress is extremely samll in the bust and the waist.

The dress looks nice, but I cannot get it over my shoulders and I am a very small person. The waist is designed to fit closely so it really needs a button in the waistband to allow room to clear shoulders.

The bows at the sleeves are much bigger than I have expected, making this dress way too cute for my taste, this is almost a little girl's dress. The construction of the dress is also strange, with a long zipper going down from one armpit to the hip. I don't know about others but I find this makes the dress really tricky to get in and out of, especailly if you have your makeup or hair done. Otherwise the fabric is comfortable and the cut is flattering.

I purchased this despite warnings from other shoppers. I bought it a size larger than I actually wear thanks to their warnings. It fits pretty well once it is on, but may cause a panic attack when one tries to get out of it! Do not try this dress on unless you have a dh or df to help rescue you if you get stuck! lol.
To add to what others have said: I do like the look of the dress overall. I do not like the bows on the sleeves as they are too heavy and bulky. I will probably alter them to have a small button closures instead of the bows.

The dress would be darling with the exception of the large band around the midrift. From the photo it looks as if its smaller and just under the breast area but upon receiving it is large and too tight for the chest. This makes the side zipper too difficult to zip either up or down! I would return it if the cost was not so high but instead I'll donate it to the Good Will and take a tax deduction.
