The note online suggested that purchasers order a size larger than normal because the dress runs small. I did so, and it is STILL too small! I am a petite size 8 and normally can wear that size quite comfortably, but I ordered size 10p. It feels short waisted and very tight in the bust. I believe that the manufacturers are skimping too much on fabric to try to cut costs. I don't think trying a size 12 would make a difference. It would just be too big somewhere. The proportions are off.

Both dresses were very poor looking products so much so that I did not even open the plastic bags they came folded in. The pictures in the web cataloge were much more appealing than the actual product in person. I was terribly dissapointed in each dress and would probably never order from your cataloge again.

Oh I so wanted this dress to fit me. Im a small size 2p so I ordered the 2p. this dress was way too small in the waist. My mom describes it as a 1920'a school dress. Has flaired out hemline. Has 8 button in the front which are time consuming to button. Not flattering and the print is odd maybe thats why the model is sitting down and taken from a distance? Dissapointed... will take back.

This is a beautiful dress with nice fabric. Was disappointed that the buttonhole loops were too small for the button size. Had to replace all the buttons with smaller ones to go thru the loops easier. Ordered one size larger than I normally wear and fit perfect. Needed no ironing after washing it.

I am a petite girl. I am usually a size 4, or sometimes a 6 if the dress is tight. I would recommend you size up. I bought a size six petite and it is a bit snug. Nothing to worry about. However, this dress had a black collar and the back area of the dress is also black, resembling a vest. I felt like it gave the dress a country western look. I was looking for something more classic and conservative for work. I was quite disappinted and have sent the dress back.

The button holes did not fit the buttons and I had an extremely hard time getting the dress unbuttoned to put it on and doing so I even ripped off 1 of the buttons. I am very dissapointed with this dress.

The dress is a fun look, comfortable and light weight - not too casual, not too dressy. I would have preferred an alternate photograph view with the model shown standing up in it to be able to see the hem length more exactly and how it looked and would fit with the waist being higher. I find that I'm inbetween sizes. A 2Petite is often too short in length and waist and a regular 4 is too big overall. A regular 2 would be perfect but alas you don't carry that size!
