I bought this for my sister in a size 4 (she's 5' and 98lbs). the dress fit well and was a nice color against her skin. Only downside was tieing the bow in front. we opted to tie in the back to make it just a tad bit tighter in the waist. Pretty dress for a cocktail or wedding.

I wear a size 8P. I tried this dress in 8P and it fit right except in the bust area, I exchanged it for a 10P and it has the same problem and I am not big busted!!!

I am using this product for my bridesmaid dresses for my wedding that will be on a boat. Our wedding is going to be semi-formal on a boat. So these were perfect. The color was not as blue as I thought, but it's a good color. The see through part from the waist down was a bit of a bummer but a slip will fix that right up.

This dress is 2 sizes too small for me. I coudn't even zip it up. All the other dresses I ordered in the same size fit just fine. The length of the petite size was perfect for my 5'4" height. The color is really pretty but unfortunately I don't look good in this shade of green. If you order this dress, be sure to order a larger size.

This dress exceeded our expectations. My daughter was looking for a green dress for her bride's maids and this is perfect. The color green is bright and festive but not gaudy. It is neither lime or emerald but a pretty grass green. We had three petite bride's maids differant sizes and the dress fit each perfectly. This is a great dress for a special occasion.

Beautiful dress, wore it to a wedding on the beach. I normally wear a size 8 but after reading the reviews purchased a size 12P and it fit perfectly. Buy 2 sizes bigger for a true to size fit.

The dress style was beautiful. I saw previous comments from others who bought it so I knew it ran small. I normally wear a size 4, so I bought it in a 6, and that was still far too small. Not sure if even going up another size would have mattered. The color wasn't the color shown in the catalog or online. If the dress fit better and was the vibrant blue shown on line and in the catalog, I would have kept it. Overall, it seemed well made, just really not accurate when it came to sizing. I was disappointed in the color. Not sure it would have stayed wrinkle free--when it arrived it was completely wrinkled. I wish it had fit better--it would have been a very flattering dress otherwise.

I thought it was just me, but yeah I also found that the dress was way too small in the bust area and have to return it now. Otherwise, it is a really unique green color and would have loved to wear it to an upcoming wedding.

The dress is very pretty just as shown in the pictures. However, I am going to have to have the shoulders of the dress taken up because the straps are too loose and the neck line plunges to low. It is also longer than I thought it would be for a petite size. I am only 5'1" and I thought it would be just below or even with my knees. My daughter says the dress still looks good at this length but I'm not used to it. I picked this dress as a Mother of the Bride dress for my dauthers wedding.

I bought this dress for a ballroom dance I'm going to. I love the blush color, a very pretty coral that's hard to find other places. This dress does run small. Order one or two sizes larger than you normally wear, depending on your bust. I usually wear between a 6 and an 8 size wise. I bought this dress in a 10 and it fits nicely. The bust runs small in this dress, but fits me okay now that I have a 10. (I wear a 34D) My only problem is that the top part of the dress seems a little long, even though I purchased a petite. So I'm having the shoulders brought up a small amount. Overall very pretty. Also the bow can be tied in the back, which is nice for those who don't like the side tied look.

I wanted this dress for my daughters wedding but the satin & chaffon fabrics did not match in color. It also was not really true to size. It was alot smaller then the size I usually buy.

I love this dress and I wore it out to the theater and dinner. It is very pretty and is as green as it looks! It accented my waist and made it look smaller. I am quite busty and I looked as if I would fall out of the top. If I were to order again I would order a size up to accomodate my chest.

This dress fit perfectly and cinches the waist in the right places. Because it's a faux wrap - you don't have to fuss and it really enhances your waist area. I love the color. I waited and waited for it to go on sale and I'm glad I did. There are no alterations needed - PERFIT FIT.

First let me list the cons:
1. As others have mentioned, the dress is very small for the size. I ordered it in a size 10 (usually I would order a size 8) and the 10 fit like a very tight size 8. It is made in China.
2. I was expecting the material to be a slinky type of polyester however this didn't have that super nice-to-the-touch feel. Not a Georgette type at all if that's what you're looking for.
3. It was wrinkled when it arrived. Usually if a polyester is of high quality it doesn't wrinkle, and you can wash it.
4. There are no washing instructions on the dress, however in the description on the site it says "Dry Clean" even though it's 100% polyester.
5. It is VERY low cut - you might have to use a pin.

Now for the pros:
1. The style is beautiful which makes it very flattering!
2. The attached sash is long enough to tie correctly and looks VERY nice.
3. The zipper is in the back of the dress (not at the side) so it's very easy to get in and out of.
4. The green color is nice and bright - almost like a neon.
In conclusion: I would buy this dress again just because of the nice styling. I would have loved it if it had been made with a higher quality polyester.

I would have loved the dress, except that even after buying a bigger size, it did not fit through the chest. Not enough material to even try to pin. Had to send both sizes back. Would recommend for smaller chested woman.

Doesn't fit true to size. Have to order 1-2 sizes larger than what you normally wear. However, the dress is beautiful and could be worn to a wedding.

This was purchased for a potential bride's maid dress. The sizes run too small; hardly a motivator to buy these products. The quality, for the price, is not good at all. It was cheaply made.

This dress wasn't even remotely the color shown in the catalog, the charmeuse was a turquoise color (with a greenish tinge) and the sash was more of the island blue. If you have any bust, you'll be crammed into the top. I am a true size 4 and my husband really struggled to zip up the dress. It's a very pretty dress, but needs major improvements in color and size. Needless to say, I will not be wearing it to the wedding I am going to this weekend. How disappointing on Chadwicks part!!!

Few people wear bright green so stand out from the crowd in this dress. Bow is a little too big and zipper is tough to close but you'll look like a knock-out no one will forget in this dress!

I purchased the dress for my daughter to wear to an evening event and the color illustrated in the catalog was one of the reasons for the choice. When the garment was received the color was nothing like the vibrant color shown in the catalog.

This dress was lovely when I first looked at it online. The style was gorgeous. The color of this dress is noted as Blush, and it is pictured online as a very pale pink. However, this dress arrived at my home and it is not pale pink at all, it is HOT PINK. The ugliest shade of pink that I have ever seen. Very disappointed. Will be returning the item shortly.

The dress is nice and it's flattering. I ordered the green one and the color was bright as expected. The top of the dress feels tight, and I'm not very big on top. The under arm area feels tight. The bow is very big. Overall it's nice and material looks good.

i would only reccommend if they bought nest size bigger. it's one of the few things from chadwicks that is not true to size. the fact that all of your clothes no longer have care labels is really irritating

The dress has a high quality for the fabric and excellent tayloring.
The only thing is run a little small for normal size, my normal size is 8 and it doesn't fit, we had to purchase size 10.
But it is a very good product.

As others have said, I couldn't zip the dress all the way up. I'm petite and not large on top but I couldn't zip past the middle of my back and sent it back for a larger size. This seems to be a design defect or something. Otherwise love the dress and green color!

The dress is beautiful. I was very happy with the quality and it's stunning to look at. The one (and biggest minus) is that it is VERY low cut and bare on top. I bought it for a Communion and ended up buying a sweater to wear over it. Of course my husband loves it - and I think it would be great at a cocktail party or wedding - just not suitable for what I bought it for. My granddaughter picked it out - that's why I kept it. And yes, it IS my size!

I ordered the Blush color which was nothing like pictured. It was a very, very bright orangish pink, more like a bright coral. I ordered 2 sizes for the best fit. The smaller size which is my normal size I could not zip up. The larger size was able to zip but was then cut way below my cleavage and I would be unable to wear a bra at all. I am returning both and am very unhappy with my experience.

I recieved this dress in two different colors. The green dress is very pretty but just a bit too green for me...Almost lime green. The other color I recieved was the blush but came as a deep coral color. It is nothing like the anticipated color but it worked out better. I love the color of the coral and the dress fits very flattering!

Although I love this dress, it looks much better on the model. Hopefully I will grow bigger in the bust before my graduation, but I am very satisfied with the outfit otherwise. The color was different from the way it was in the picture. This dress is beautiful and I can't wait to see other dresses from this website! S2
