Over all I like this dress. I like the print but it could be a little "smaller print". Being a fall/winter dress you tend to wear tights and the fabric sticks to the tights. this was a little annoying.

The dress was great except the blue was brighter than I expected, I wanted black when I ordered, but it wasn't available. The side zipper would not zip when I had it on, but worked fine off. I reordered and was able to get black and hopefully the zipper will work.

I bought this dress in a size 2, had to return it for a size up. The bust area is still a little too tight, but will have to deal with it. Nice classy dress. Pattern is pretty.

I feel that this type of problem should have been known before offering this item for sale and was very disappointed. [...] The zipper would only work when the dress was off, and if someone hadn't been here to assist me in getting the dress off I don't know what I would have done was really stuck

This is a nice dress for work. It's quite flattering and I have to disagree with the people who think it's not proportioned correctly or the ones who think the print is too loud. I'm petite and got it in the black and it's not overpowering in anyway.
My only issue with the dress is that the side zip is difficult to get up and down where the seams meet at both ends of the band. This is a problem whenever you have to pass the zip over a seam. If only there was a way to make the bumps smaller.

Alas, I ordered this dress before any reviews had been posted. I've been looking for a mockneck, long sleeve dress in blue or green for several years now and hoped this would be "the one." I have to agree with several other reviewers: the print is loud, the blue is shocking (almost electric blue), and the distance between the armholes and the waist is too short in the petite size--and I'm short-waisted even for a petite. I can't raise my arms in this dress. Also, I had so much difficulty coaxing the side zipper over the waistband that I gave up for fear that I would rip the dress before I could return it. Finally, although the model looks trendy and cute, I found that the shirring around the neck made my shoulders look too broad and made me look frumpy and dated. I have returned this dress, and, since this was an exchange for another dress that didn't fit properly, it will be a while before I order anything other than shirts from Chadwick's. Very disappointed.
