I returned these as they were much too big. I loved the style (I refuse to wear hiphuggers which are so popular now). Would love to see more traditional styles and maybe you would consider carrying 0 or 1's. 2's are bigger than they once were.

The office I work in is a little warm, so I may be comfortable during the winter inside. Outside I will problably need long johns or warm tights.
Spring and fall they should be fine, but summer they will be a bit warm, even though they are lightweight because of the fabric. The rayon will help.

I have close to a dozen of the J. G. Hook brand of pleated pants in varying colors. I like the classic look and the classic, pleated style is hard to find. I wear these pants to work, meetings, and to go out in. The material is comfortable and seems to last pretty well. I like the fact these pants are machine washable.

I ordered this same brand, style before from Chadwicks. This quality and how it is cut is definately not as good as they were made before. I thought it was me, and, tried on the older pants. They still fit fine! Most of the clothes I have ordered from Chadwichs in the last year have been a disappointment. I've kept most because of the need of office clothes and no time to shop stores.

The only thing 'con' is that I did have to shorten the pants by an inch - I am a P and usually I do not have to alter the length of either pants or skirts. These pants are so nice, however, that I would order them again even knowing I would have to shorten them.

I had purchased the same type of pants before under item number 11-5480-6 a few years ago which was titled under the Chadwick name and it was manufactured in the Dominican Republic which fit fine and were of good quality. These pants by JG Hook were made in China and they do not have the same material quality even though they both were made up of polyester/rayon. The material is thinner and the inseam sewn is too high in the crotch area which makes it uncomfortable.
My suggestion is to go back to the prior Chadwick pants.
