I love the price, colors, and style of this skirt. I have it in several colors. The denim and the black twill are perfect. Some of the other colors, the fabric is less substantial than I had imagined, and it wrinkles the instant you put it on.
It gets so wrinkly so fast that I am reluctant to wear this skirt to a place where I have to look really good: wrinkles are casual in my book.
That said, the cut and colors are good enough that you can dress them up with a nice wool jacket and wear them to work.
Recommend--but heat up that iron!

I wear Petite sizes, and it is so hard to find clothes that fit my short stature and body measurements well. I purchased this skirt in denim a year ago and was delighted. The fit is perfect and the style flattering - just the length I like and tailored at the waist and hips. Plus the price is so reasonable. When this skirt came out in summer colors - tan and white, I bought those as well. Later I added both a black and burgundy version for other seasons. Now that it is being offered this fall in multiple additional colors (gray, charcoal, rust, olive, chocolate, etc.), I have purchased 4 more. I'll probably buy every color of the rainbow that becomes available. The skirt is very comfortable and so versatile: it is great for casual occasions, but with a nice sweater, pumps and accessories it looks professional enough for the workplace. With a sexy top and hot pair of boots, it even works for evenings out. My feeling is: when you find a good thing, stick with it. This skirt is definitely a good thing.

The zipper broke almost immediately; I have received 2 replacements so far, and both are unwearable. The original skirt had a 5 inch zipper, and the replacements have only a 3 inch zipper, which makes it impossible to put them on.

The skirt tends to run a bit small so I ordered one size up and after a hot wash and the dryer it fit great. I usually take it out of the dryer a bit damp, smooth it out and hang it up to dry, no ironing needed. I have it in 3 colors and love it. It's great for work or casual wear. The skirt is well made and very comfortable. I plan to buy a few more in other colors. I have not found a better denim skirt from any manufacturer. The colors are great. The cheery yellow gets compliments all the time and the khaki is a wonderful neutral shade that can be worn in any season. I can't say enough good things about this skirt and the price is great. Bean, Bauer and the others should take lessons from Chadwicks.

Loeve the skirt, but it is a bit long. I ordered it in a petite size, but it is still a little long... I have to wear heels with it so people know I have feet! LOL.

i like the quality of the skirt. i ordered a size 10 but it was way too tight. i ordered the same skirt in a size 10 in the dark stonewash and the light stonewash and they fit perfectly.

The denim skirt is made with a softer denim - very comfortable from Day 1.

This is a great skirt, but it does run a whole size small. It is also mid calf length or slightly longer. If you order one size up, it fits perfectly. It has great style and if you smooth it out before you put it in the dryer and dry it on low you can smooth it out like a pair of jeans and not have to really iron it. The khaki is a darker gold color, but still neutral enough. It was the only true denim fabric in tan I found on the entire Internet. I wear the skirt traveling and touring because it is comfortable and can go anywhere. I gave it 4 stars only because it runs small, otherwise it would be 5 stars.
