Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
I am using this for a formal night on a cruise and it is truly stunning. It does come with a shoulder wrap as well. I do need to adjust the length - I'm 5'6 and it is abt 2-3 inches too long wearing 3 inch heels - easily done via the shoulder straps. FYI - the true to size means it fits - I normally would wear a 20 top and 22 bottom - I ordered the 20 and there is plenty of room.
