I don't wear dresses very often, but this is perfect for any time I need to be a little more dressed up than usual. It's very similar to a dress and jacket I wore many yrs. ago, that doesn't fit any more (I wore them 18 yrs. ago). I would like it if it was a little less $, but you have to pay for quality.

This is light and comfortable and easy to put on if in a hurry and look nice at the same time and the compliments are great because of the fit. It does wrinkle easy as does linen but the comfort and fit outweighs the wrinkles.

Great blazer. Professional enough for my conservative office, yet fashionable enough for date night... Dress up, dress down -- and it fits in all the right places -- sleeves, chest, length. I am disappointed that this jacket wasn't really true-to-size. Yes, I'm a big woman, and I am honest about that. But if I have to buy a 26W, I expect articles of clothing to fit like a size 26. Both of the jackets I ordered, while nicely styled, are not really sized like a 26. They are sized more like a 24, which means that are slightly tight and uncomfortable. I will not order this brand again.

I liked the jacket, but am going to return it. I wore it ONCE, at work and I wasn't hot or sweaty. At the end of the day I noticed that the red color of the lining (I guess) had faded on a white shell I wore under it. I can't wear it alone, or don't need to, so it's useless.

I ended up returning this jacket, only because I bought it to go with a sheath that I had to send back. (I should have known better than to get a sheath...I'm pear-shaped). I didn't really want a lined summer jacket without the sheath.
