This has become my go-to winter coat. Very warm and soft. Thus far this winter (almost in December) it's kept the cold out really well. I love the spacious hood and that the coat zips up all the way so as to keep the cold out. The sleeves can be worn rolled up or down. Would maybe have liked the coat to be a little longer, but can't complain.

I luckily read the reviews before I purchased, and a majority indicated it ran small. I usually buy an XL Misses which fits me perfectly, as I tend to wear things so they are a bit large. I read the sizing chart, and bought a 1XL Womens thinking it would be perfect. It fits, but if I wear a bulky sweater with it, I feel confined, like its too tight. You can roll up the long arms, but the shoulder area even in a woman's size was smaller than average. [...] I am not a huge woman, either, we are talking under 140lbs, 5'5.I do get compliments on how pretty it is. It is a gorgeous coat. I just don't mention the size!

I love the color of the coat. I purchased it in the green and it was just as pretty in person as it was in the catalog. I was disappointed with the fit of the coat. I normally wear a size 22 on the top and the bottom and even though the coat fit perfectly on the top it was too snug in the hip area. I don't know if going up a size would help or if it would make the coat too big.

Wish i would have orderd a larger size so that I could wear a bulky sweater. Its true to fit if you are wearing a regular blouse but if you want to wear a suit jacket or sweater under the coat I suggest you order the next size up. Other than that I've gotten lots of compliments on the coat and besides that, its cozy for the cold Chicago weather.

Wore this to a football game, cold, windy, drizzling. I stayed warm, the wind did not cut through it and the drizzle did not seem to damage it. I wish it was longer so when you sit the back of your thighs were covered. Also, the hood has a tendency to blow off if you do not have it totally zipped AND buttoned at the collar. The toggle buttons are cute, however, difficult to work with cold fingers and/or gloves

The coat is a little large in the torso area, but I knew that I needed to get it a little large for the sleeves to be long enough for my arms. I love the coat though, it is comfortable and flattering. I would only change the torso size, but I really like the coat.

The very day I received this jacket I wore it to a football game. The Wisconsin weather can be brutal, even in October! So many of my friends wanted to touch the fabric and asked where I got the coat. I am tall (6 foot) and plus size (3x) and this coat fits me perfectly. The first day I wore it out it started to rain - buckets of water (rats)I tried to hurry home, when out of nowhere a car SPLASHED a big puddle of water on me. I was so shocked I couldn't move and another car SPLASHED me AGAIN. I turned to run and was splashed from behind. I thought my coat was ruined. The tag said washable (but you know) I was so surprised when I put my jacket in the dryer at home and it came out BEAUTIFUL. No spots, no stains, I am buying another of these jackets today.
